- Develop and execute a strategy to leverage AI for the automation of marketing and operational workflows, including campaign optimization, lead scoring, and content personalization.
- Lead the strategy and implementation of AI-powered automation to enhance campaign targeting, personalization, and efficiency.
- Ensure seamless data integration and workflow automation across all marketing and sales platforms.

- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance against goals and to provide visibility into product marketing's impact.
- Develop and implement attribution models to track and measure the ROI of all marketing activities, from top-of-funnel awareness to sales pipeline contribution.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for the marketing team and executive leadership.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing operations strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
- Partner with finance and product marketing leadership on budget tracking, forecasting, and spend analysis to ensure a positive return on investment.
- Drive the adoption of a data-centric approach throughout the product marketing organization.

- Demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and governing Go-To-Market process in matrixed organizations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to think and act strategically; see challenges and opportunities as they occur.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a B2B technology company, preferably in enterprise storage, cloud, data services, or AI.

Tailor your portfolio to enterprise technology marketing
NetApp hires Marketing professionals who can speak to B2B buyers, pipeline metrics, and technical audiences. Showcase campaigns tied to measurable outcomes like MQL generation, deal acceleration, or partner co-marketing in your portfolio before applying.
Target roles aligned to your visa category
NetApp sponsors TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying Marketing roles where the position maps to an eligible TN occupation. Confirm your target role's duties align to a recognized TN category before you submit your application.
Prepare for PERM documentation before you need it
If your goal is a Green Card via EB-2 or EB-3, NetApp's legal team will initiate PERM labor certification through the DOL. Gather educational transcripts, employment history, and professional references early so you're not scrambling when the process begins.
Use Migrate Mate to filter verified Marketing openings at NetApp
Searching broadly across generic job boards makes it hard to confirm which roles actually come with sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces Marketing roles at NetApp that are open to visa sponsorship, so you're not spending time on positions that won't move forward.
Negotiate offer timing around the H-1B cap window
USCIS accepts H-1B cap petitions in April for an October 1 start date. If you receive an offer from NetApp outside that window, work with your recruiter on a start date that allows the petition to be filed during the annual registration period.

Does NetApp sponsor H-1B visas for Marketings?
Yes, NetApp sponsors H-1B visas for Marketing roles where the position qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a relevant bachelor's degree or higher. Marketing functions like product marketing, demand generation, and marketing analytics typically meet this threshold. If you're in the H-1B lottery, NetApp's legal team will manage the petition process after selection.
Which visa types are commonly used for Marketing roles at NetApp?
NetApp supports H-1B sponsorship for most Marketing positions and has also sponsored EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways for longer-tenured employees. F-1 OPT holders can join on their existing work authorization while the company initiates H-1B sponsorship. Canadian and Mexican nationals in eligible roles may also qualify for TN status.
What qualifications or experience does NetApp expect for Marketing roles?
NetApp typically looks for Marketing professionals with a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, though technical product marketing roles may favor candidates with backgrounds in computer science or information technology. Experience with B2B demand generation, content strategy, partner marketing, or go-to-market execution in a technology company is a strong differentiator.
How do I apply for Marketing jobs at NetApp?
You can browse current Marketing openings at NetApp through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship eligibility so you can confirm sponsorship availability before applying. When you apply, be clear about your current visa status and intended sponsorship need in any early recruiter conversations. Roles in product marketing, field marketing, and content are among the categories that appear regularly.
How do I plan my timeline if I need H-1B sponsorship from NetApp?
USCIS opens H-1B registration each March, with an October 1 start date for selected petitions. If you're targeting NetApp, aim to have an offer finalized by February so your employer can register you in time. If you're on OPT with an STEM extension, you may have up to three years of runway, which gives more flexibility on timing before cap-subject sponsorship is required.
