Highlight Field and Site Experience
Construction employers like FlintCo value candidates who can operate in complex site environments. If you have internship, co-op, or OPT experience on active job sites, lead with that, it directly addresses what hiring managers in this industry are evaluating.
Use OPT as a Starting Point

Search Verified Sponsors Before Applying
Not every construction company actively sponsors visas. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, use it to confirm FlintCo has an active track record before investing time in a tailored application.
