How to Get Visa Sponsorship in CohnReznick H-1B Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target roles that align with H-1B specialty occupation requirements
Accounting and audit positions at CohnReznick typically qualify as H-1B specialty occupations due to their degree requirements. Focus your applications on roles in assurance, tax, or advisory where a relevant bachelor's degree or higher is explicitly required.
Engage with CohnReznick during campus recruiting season
CohnReznick actively recruits from universities with strong accounting programs. Connecting with their campus team early, before full-time hiring closes, puts you in front of recruiters who already understand the H-1B sponsorship process for new graduates.
Be transparent about your visa status from the start
CohnReznick's recruiting team handles international candidates regularly. Disclosing your H-1B need upfront avoids late-stage complications and lets the firm plan for petition timing, especially around the April filing and October start date cycle.
Use Migrate Mate to confirm CohnReznick's sponsorship history before applying
Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history. Confirming CohnReznick's H-1B track record before investing time in an application ensures you're targeting a firm with a genuine history of supporting international hires.
Highlight credentials that strengthen your specialty occupation case
A CPA credential, advanced degree, or specialized expertise in areas like forensic accounting or international tax reinforces the specialty occupation argument for your H-1B petition. These credentials signal to both CohnReznick and USCIS that the role requires your specific qualifications.
Understand CohnReznick's H-1B timeline so you can plan accordingly
H-1B petitions must be filed by April 1 for an October 1 start date. If you're on OPT, confirm that your OPT end date allows you to bridge into H-1B status without a gap, and raise this with CohnReznick's HR team early in the process.
