We are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own CrossCountry's digital presence, paid search program, and broader paid media ecosystem. This role is central to how the firm shows up online, managing the website, driving search performance, and growing our digital footprint.

Leverage AI-powered tools across website management, paid search, and performance reporting to drive efficiency, surface insights, and continuously optimize digital outcomes

Own and manage CrossCountry's website, ensuring content accuracy, performance, and alignment with brand standards

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the website reflects the firm's evolving services, acquisitions, and brand

Proactively identify and recommend website enhancements and performance improvements, bringing forward ideas before issues arise

Serve as the internal digital lead on website redesign initiatives, coordinating with external agencies on technical requirements, reviews, testing, and implementation
