How to Get Visa Sponsorship in alliantgroup Visa Sponsorship USA
Target tax consulting and advisory roles
alliantgroup's core business is tax incentive consulting, so roles in tax analysis, R&D credits, and compliance are the strongest fit for sponsored positions. Aligning your background to these service lines improves your chances of landing a sponsored offer.
Highlight specialized technical knowledge
alliantgroup values deep expertise in areas like R&D tax credits, cost segregation, and energy incentives. Demonstrating subject-matter expertise in your application materials directly addresses the specialty occupation standard required for H-1B sponsorship in this field.
Time your application around the H-1B cap cycle
If you need H-1B sponsorship from alliantgroup, start conversations by late 2025 or early 2026 to align with the April registration window. Early outreach gives both sides time to prepare before USCIS deadlines.

Does alliantgroup sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, alliantgroup sponsors H-1B visas. The company operates in the accounting and tax consulting space, which regularly involves specialty occupation roles that qualify for H-1B classification. While sponsorship is not guaranteed for every position, international candidates with relevant expertise in tax credits, compliance, or advisory services are among those considered for sponsored roles.
Which visa types does alliantgroup support for international candidates?
alliantgroup supports H-1B sponsorship and also works with candidates on F-1 OPT and F-1 CPT, making it accessible for international students completing U.S. degrees. TN visa holders from Canada and Mexico in qualifying professional roles may also be eligible. The right visa type depends on your nationality, degree, and the specific role you're applying for.
Which departments or roles at alliantgroup are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at alliantgroup tends to concentrate in technical and analytical roles within its core service lines, such as R&D tax credit analysis, engineering-based cost studies, and tax compliance consulting. Candidates with backgrounds in engineering, accounting, finance, or data analysis who can support client-facing advisory work are most likely to be considered for sponsored positions.
How do I find open roles at alliantgroup that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the best starting point for international candidates. How do I approach the application timeline if I need H-1B sponsorship from alliantgroup?
The H-1B cap registration window opens in March each year, with employment starting October 1 if selected. To be included, alliantgroup would need to register you before the March deadline. That means initiating conversations with their recruiting team no later than the preceding fall or early in the new year to allow time for offer negotiation, internal approvals, and attorney engagement.
