Job Roles at Droisys
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Droisys H-1B Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target roles that align with H-1B specialty occupation requirements
Droisys primarily sponsors H-1B visas for technology and software positions that require a relevant bachelor's degree or higher. Focus your application on roles like software engineer, systems analyst, or IT consultant to maximize sponsorship eligibility.
Confirm sponsorship willingness before investing time in the process
Not every open role at Droisys comes with H-1B sponsorship. Reach out to the recruiter early to confirm sponsorship is available for your specific position. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history before applying.
Understand that Droisys typically follows client-site placement models
As a technology and software firm, Droisys often places consultants at client locations. Make sure your H-1B petition reflects your actual work location, since client-site roles require careful attention to Labor Condition Application compliance and location-specific prevailing wage requirements.
Prepare your educational credentials for specialty occupation review
USCIS will assess whether your degree field matches your role at Droisys. Gather transcripts, degree certificates, and credential evaluations early. Technology roles often require demonstrated alignment between your major and the specific technical duties of the position.
Ask about Droisys's experience with H-1B transfers if you are changing jobs
If you already hold H-1B status with another employer, Droisys can file an H-1B transfer, allowing you to start work as soon as the petition is received by USCIS. Clarify this option with your recruiter to avoid unnecessary gaps in authorized employment.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Droisys sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Droisys sponsors H-1B visas for qualified candidates in technology and software roles. The company has an established history of supporting foreign nationals through the H-1B process, including both new cap-subject petitions and transfers for candidates already holding H-1B status with another employer.
Which roles at Droisys typically receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at Droisys is concentrated in technology and software positions, including software engineers, systems analysts, IT consultants, and developers. These roles align with USCIS specialty occupation requirements, making them strong candidates for sponsorship. General administrative or non-technical positions are unlikely to qualify for H-1B under federal standards.
How do I apply for a job at Droisys with H-1B sponsorship in mind?
Start by identifying open roles in Droisys's technology and software practice areas, then confirm sponsorship availability directly with the recruiter before advancing through interviews. Migrate Mate can help you identify Droisys openings alongside verified sponsorship history, so you are not guessing whether a role qualifies. Have your resume, transcripts, and any prior visa documents ready early in the process.
How long does the H-1B sponsorship process take at Droisys?
If you require a cap-subject H-1B, Droisys must register during the March lottery window, with an earliest start date of October 1. From registration to approved petition, the process spans roughly six to eight months without premium processing. Premium processing shortens USCIS adjudication to around 15 business days, though Droisys's policy on covering that cost varies by role.
What should I know about H-1B sponsorship at a consulting firm like Droisys?
Consulting firms that place workers at client sites must file a compliant Labor Condition Application for each work location, including third-party sites. At Droisys, this means your H-1B petition is tied to specific placement details. If your assignment changes location after approval, an amended petition may be required. Confirm with your recruiter how Droisys handles location changes during your visa period.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Droisys?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
