Job Roles at Relativity Oda
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Relativity Oda H-1B Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target Technical and Software Roles
Relativity Oda's H-1B sponsorship is concentrated in technology and software positions. Focus your applications on engineering, development, and technical roles where the company has a clear pattern of sponsoring international candidates.
Understand the H-1B Lottery Timeline
H-1B petitions are subject to an annual lottery with registration opening in March. If Relativity Oda extends an offer, confirm early whether they'll file in the next lottery cycle so you can plan your timeline accordingly.
Signal Long-Term Commitment to Legal Tech
Relativity Oda operates in a specialized legal technology space. Demonstrating deep familiarity with e-discovery, compliance software, or legal operations signals you're a long-term investment, making sponsorship easier to justify internally.
Ask About Sponsorship Policy During Interviews
Not all roles at a company are approved for H-1B sponsorship. Ask the recruiter directly which positions are pre-approved and whether legal or HR has a standard process for international hires in your target department.
Use Verified Sponsorship Data to Target Applications
Before applying, confirm Relativity Oda's actual sponsorship history. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and avoid wasting applications on companies unlikely to file.
Prepare for a Specialty Occupation Discussion
H-1B approval requires your role to qualify as a specialty occupation. In technology and software, be ready to explain how your specific degree field directly ties to the job duties Relativity Oda will list on the petition.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Relativity Oda sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Relativity Oda sponsors H-1B visas, primarily for roles in its technology and software operations. The company has a sponsorship history with international candidates, though it sponsors selectively rather than at high volume. Confirming sponsorship eligibility for your specific role with the recruiter before advancing in the process is strongly recommended.
Which roles at Relativity Oda are most likely to receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at Relativity Oda is most common in technical roles such as software engineering, product development, and data-focused positions. Roles that require a specific bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field are best positioned for approval, as they align most clearly with USCIS specialty occupation standards.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at Relativity Oda?
Once Relativity Oda extends an offer and confirms sponsorship, the process involves the company filing a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor, followed by an H-1B petition with USCIS. The company's immigration counsel typically handles both filings. Your role is to provide documentation of your degree, work history, and credentials promptly when requested.
How long does the H-1B sponsorship process take at Relativity Oda?
The timeline depends on when in the year you receive an offer. H-1B cap-subject petitions can only be filed once per year following the March lottery. If selected, employment typically begins October 1. From offer to start date, the full process can take six months or longer. Premium processing, which expedites USCIS review, may be available depending on company policy.
How do I find open H-1B sponsored roles at Relativity Oda?
Standard job boards don't filter by sponsorship willingness, which makes it difficult to know which postings are genuinely open to H-1B candidates. Migrate Mate aggregates roles from verified H-1B sponsors, including companies like Relativity Oda, so you can search with confidence that the employer has a real sponsorship history rather than guessing from the job description.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Relativity Oda?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
