How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Hasbro Visa Sponsorship USA
Target supply chain and operations roles
Hasbro's distribution and wholesale operations drive consistent demand for supply chain, logistics, and operations talent. These functions are most likely to generate sponsorship opportunities, so focus your search on roles within those departments.
Apply ahead of H-1B lottery season
Hasbro participates in H-1B sponsorship, so timing matters. Applications that progress before the April lottery window give both you and the hiring team more runway. Use Migrate Mate to filter verified H-1B sponsors and identify open roles early.
Research Hasbro's wholesale and distribution structure
Hasbro operates across complex wholesale and distribution networks globally. Candidates who demonstrate familiarity with that supply chain model, relevant software systems, and retail partnerships stand out as hires worth the sponsorship investment.
Network with Hasbro's global operations teams
Hasbro's international footprint means cross-functional roles connecting U.S. operations with overseas teams are common. Connecting with employees in global supply chain or operations increases your visibility for the roles most likely to come with sponsorship support.

Does Hasbro sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Hasbro sponsors H-1B visas. The company has a track record of filing H-1B petitions for qualifying roles, particularly in supply chain, operations, and related functions tied to its distribution and wholesale business. Sponsorship is not guaranteed for every role, so confirming visa support directly with the recruiter during the application process is strongly recommended.
Which visa types does Hasbro sponsor?
Hasbro sponsors H-1B visas and supports F-1 OPT and F-1 CPT candidates, making it accessible to recent graduates and early-career international professionals. The company also sponsors TN visas, which is a strong option for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying specialty occupations. Green Card sponsorship has not been a consistent part of Hasbro's recent filing history.
Which departments or roles at Hasbro are most likely to offer visa sponsorship?
Roles within supply chain, logistics, wholesale operations, and distribution management align most closely with Hasbro's core business and are the most likely candidates for sponsorship. Technical and analytical roles supporting those functions, such as demand planning, inventory management, and operations analysis, have also historically attracted international talent at companies operating in this sector.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Hasbro?
Migrate Mate lists verified visa-sponsoring employers including Hasbro, so you can filter by company and see current openings with confirmed sponsorship history. Searching directly through Hasbro's careers page and filtering for roles in supply chain or operations is also a good approach. Reaching out to Hasbro recruiters on professional networks to confirm sponsorship availability before applying can save significant time.
How do I time my application to Hasbro around the H-1B process?
H-1B registration opens in March each year, with the lottery typically conducted in late March and petitions filed by April 1. To align with this window, aim to have your application at Hasbro progressing by January or February at the latest. Starting earlier gives both you and the hiring team enough time to prepare the petition before the filing deadline.
