- Work in collaboration with US Life Sciences Lead and on a Global Underwriting team
- Produce, underwrite and manage a profitable book of business
- Utilize underwriter authority in accordance with the published underwriter guidelines
- Effectively negotiate and secure policy terms that align with the company guidelines.

- Ability and willingness to be highly visible in the market and travel as necessary (estimated 25-50%)
- Strong relationships in both the wholesale and retail market
- Experience in products and completed operations liability, E&O, General Liability
- Self Starter with strong drive to succeed
- Developed understanding of industry knowledge
- Comfortable working in an international environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range for this position is $170,000-$200,000 plus eligibility for a performance-based annual bonus. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including experience, education, and location.
