Target roles in technical insurance and risk disciplines
HDI Global's sponsorship activity concentrates in specialized insurance functions. Focus your applications on actuarial, underwriting, risk management, and financial analysis roles, where the need for niche expertise makes international candidates a stronger fit.
Understand which visa types HDI Global actually sponsors
HDI Global sponsors H-1B, Green Card, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. Knowing which categories they support helps you position your application correctly, especially if you're transitioning from OPT or pursuing long-term permanent residency.
Position your degree field as directly relevant to the role
Insurance is a specialty occupation environment. Ensure your degree in finance, mathematics, statistics, or a related field is clearly aligned with the specific role you're targeting, this strengthens both your H-1B petition and your overall candidacy.
Approach HDI Global as a long-term sponsorship partner
Companies that sponsor both H-1B and Green Card visas signal willingness to invest in employees long term. HDI Global's Green Card sponsorship history suggests it retains and supports visa holders through permanent residency, which is worth raising in interviews.
Use verified sponsorship data before applying
Not every insurance company sponsors visas consistently. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you confirm HDI Global is actively filing before you invest time in the application process.
Highlight compliance and regulatory expertise in your application
HDI Global operates in a tightly regulated industry. Candidates who demonstrate familiarity with U.S. insurance regulations, international risk frameworks, or cross-border compliance tend to stand out in a field where specialized knowledge is difficult to source domestically.
