Company Description
Integrated Dermatology is a national dermatology platform supporting physician-led practices across the country. As we continue to grow through practice acquisitions and organic expansion, we’re investing in a strong, hands-on marketing function to support our providers, patients, and partners. We support dermatologists who want to grow, transition, or find their next opportunity without giving up what they've built.
Marketing spans across two distinct audiences: practice owners considering a sale or partnership, and dermatologists looking for career opportunities within our growing network. Serving both well, with messaging that speaks to each, is central to how Integrated Dermatology grows.
We're looking for a Director of Marketing & Communications to own Integrated Dermatology's marketing function. This is a builder role. You'll be working directly with the Chief of Staff to support our corporate marketing strategy, stand up practice-level marketing support across our network, and drive measurable growth across the business.
This role requires someone equally comfortable thinking through brand strategy and getting into the work themselves, whether that's drafting practice acquisition content, briefing a paid media agency, or building a HubSpot workflow. This role does not include a large team, but you’ll have appropriate support to accomplish your marketing strategy.
Job Description
Practice Acquisition Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing strategies targeting dermatology practice owners considering a sale or partnership with Integrated Dermatology
- Build awareness and generate inbound leads to support the M&A pipeline
- Create thought leadership content that positions Integrated Dermatology as the physician-aligned alternative to PE-backed consolidators
- Develop messaging that speaks directly to practice owner motivations: legacy, transition, financial outcome, and practice continuity
- Manage HubSpot marketing campaigns, workflows, segmentation, and marketing performance tracking for the practice acquisition audience
Physician Career & Recruitment Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing strategies targeting dermatologists seeking employment or partnership opportunities within the Integrated Dermatology network
- Build Integrated Dermatology's employment brand and activate it across digital channels, professional networks, and dermatology communities
- Create content and campaigns that speak to what dermatologists want: autonomy, culture, clinical quality, and compensation
- Support physician recruitment efforts in close partnership with operations leadership
Practice Marketing Support
- Build a repeatable practice marketing support model for Integrated Dermatology's network of affiliated practices
- Create a local marketing framework that balances individual practice identity with Integrated Dermatology brand standards
- Implement and manage the marketing technology stack to leverage data for insights and measurable outcomes
- Work directly with practice managers and physicians to execute patient acquisition campaigns, digital marketing, and local outreach
- Supervise digital marketing initiatives including paid media, local SEO, email, and other practice level marketing initiatives across the network
Brand, Communications & Content
- Own the Integrated Dermatology brand: voice, visual identity application, messaging hierarchy, and positioning across audiences
- Draft corporate communications including executive messaging, partner-facing updates, and external announcements
- Develop content strategy and produce written content for both practice acquisition and physician career audiences, engaging agency support as needed on this effort
- Coordinate with external agencies and design partners to support creative development and campaign execution
Events & Industry Presence
- Support planning and execution for industry events and trade shows, including the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) annual meeting
- Represent Integrated Dermatology's brand at industry touchpoints and partner events
What Success Looks Like:
- Inbound pipeline for practice acquisition grows meaningfully in the first 12 months
- Integrated Dermatology has a clear, differentiated brand presence with both practice owners and dermatologists seeking career opportunities
- Affiliated practices have a working marketing support model and feel resourced
- Content and campaigns are running consistently across both audiences with measurable performance
- The Chief of Staff and leadership team have a trusted marketing partner who operates with ownership and minimal oversight
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree required
- 8–12+ years of marketing experience; Dermatology experience or exposure preferred (Healthcare Marketing experience is required)
- Prior supervisory experience, as well as managing agency relationships
- Demonstrated experience marketing within a multi-location healthcare provider organization
- Experience with two distinct audiences, ideally both B2B (providers, practice owners, partners) and patient or consumer-facing
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (campaigns, workflows, segmentation, reporting)
- Brand building experience, ideally including early-stage or launch-phase work, not just maintaining an established brand
- Exceptional writing skills; able to adapt voice and message across practice acquisition, physician career, and patient audiences

Target clinical and medical roles first
Integrated Dermatology's sponsorship activity is concentrated in clinical and medical services roles. Focus your search on positions like physician, dermatologist, or clinical support roles where specialty occupation requirements are clearly met and sponsorship is most common.
Understand the specialty occupation standard
Healthcare roles at Integrated Dermatology typically require a highly specific degree, which strengthens H-1B eligibility. Make sure your credentials clearly align with the role's requirements before applying, a strong degree-to-job match is essential in medical specialty sponsorship.
Confirm Green Card pathway interest early
Integrated Dermatology has sponsored both temporary and permanent residence visas. If long-term U.S. residency is your goal, raise Green Card sponsorship during early conversations so both sides can plan the EB-2 or EB-3 process timeline together from the start.
Leverage F-1 OPT or CPT as an entry point
Integrated Dermatology sponsors F-1 OPT and CPT, making it accessible to international students in healthcare programs. Securing an OPT position can build the internal credibility that makes future H-1B sponsorship a natural next step rather than a new request.
Search for verified sponsorship history before applying
Not every dermatology employer with open roles actively sponsors visas. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus your effort on employers like Integrated Dermatology who have a confirmed track record.
Prepare for a longer hiring timeline in healthcare
Healthcare sponsorship involves credentialing, licensing, and immigration filings running in parallel. Build at least several months of lead time into your job search, especially if you need H-1B cap filing or PERM labor certification as part of your sponsorship pathway.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Integrated Dermatology sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Integrated Dermatology sponsors H-1B visas. The company has a track record of filing H-1B petitions for qualified foreign nationals in clinical and medical roles. Healthcare positions at a specialty practice like Integrated Dermatology typically meet the specialty occupation standard clearly, which supports a strong H-1B case. If you're targeting an H-1B, focus on roles with a direct degree-to-job credential match.
Which visa types does Integrated Dermatology sponsor?
Integrated Dermatology sponsors several visa categories including H-1B, Green Card pathways such as EB-2 and EB-3, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. This range makes the company relevant to international students, recent graduates, and experienced professionals alike. The breadth of visa types supported reflects the company's willingness to invest in foreign national hiring across different career stages.
What types of roles at Integrated Dermatology are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Integrated Dermatology is most commonly associated with clinical and medical roles, particularly those requiring a specific advanced degree in a healthcare or biomedical field. Physician, dermatologist, and specialized clinical support positions are the strongest candidates. Roles with a clear specialty occupation credential requirement have the best chance of qualifying for H-1B and Green Card sponsorship at a practice-based employer.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Integrated Dermatology?
The most reliable way to find verified sponsorship opportunities at Integrated Dermatology is through Migrate Mate, which filters job listings by confirmed sponsorship history. This saves you from applying to healthcare employers who list open roles but don't actually sponsor visas. Search by company name or filter by visa type to surface current Integrated Dermatology openings that match your immigration situation.
How do I approach the application process at Integrated Dermatology as a visa-sponsored candidate?
Start by confirming your visa type is supported and that your credentials align with the specific role requirements. Healthcare employers run credentialing and immigration processes in parallel, so timeline awareness matters early. When speaking with the hiring team, be direct about your immigration status and target start date. Framing sponsorship as a straightforward process for a well-qualified candidate makes the conversation easier for both sides.
