ABOUT THE ROLE
Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to drive our Enterprise product strategy and lead the evolution of our platform for the world’s most sophisticated, data-driven brands. This role sits at the center of one of Klaviyo’s most important growth opportunities: becoming the trusted B2C CRM for Enterprise customers.
You will own multiple product areas critical to our Enterprise initiatives—including unifying customer data, powering AI-driven automation, and expanding our ecosystem integrations—while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Go-to-Market and Partner teams. This is a highly visible role that balances long-term platform strategy with near-term delivery, ensuring we meet enterprise customer expectations without compromising scalability or reliability.
What You’ll Do:
- Set and evangelize a 2–3 year vision for Klaviyo’s Enterprise platform that delivers scalability, flexibility, and enterprise-grade governance while preserving ease of use.
- Translate company goals into clear OKRs and roadmaps that accelerate Enterprise adoption, retention, and ARR growth.
- Represent the voice of large, global customers in strategic product discussions.
- B2C CRM for Enterprise: Deliver capabilities that unify customer data across channels, enable real-time personalization, and support global data governance and compliance.
- Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Design, Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Security, and Legal to deliver cohesive enterprise experiences.
- Lead roadmap reviews, facilitate strategic tradeoffs, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Act as a central point of coordination for enterprise commitments from RFP support and security reviews through onboarding and long-term success.
- Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management with significant exposure to Enterprise SaaS products.
- Proven success leading enterprise-grade or platform products such as CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms, analytics, data infrastructure, or AI-driven systems.
- Direct experience supporting large enterprise customers (e.g., Fortune 1000), not just SMB or self-serve products.
- Strong intuition for what drives enterprise purchasing decisions: trust, compliance, scalability, configurability, integrations, and roadmap credibility.
- Hands-on experience partnering with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success on enterprise deals.
- Comfortable discussing system architecture, data models, APIs, integrations, data flows, and security standards with engineering teams.
- Experience working on products with complex data infrastructure, distributed systems, or significant integration dependencies.
- Proven ability to influence and lead across Product, Engineering, GTM, Security, and Legal without direct authority.
- Track record of translating enterprise customer needs into clear product requirements, thoughtful tradeoffs, and scalable platform solutions.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around shared priorities.
- You’ve already experimented with AI in work or personal projects, and you’re excited to dive in and learn fast. You’re hungry to responsibly explore new AI tools and workflows, finding ways to make your work smarter and more efficient.

Frame Your PM Credentials Around Platform Products
Klaviyo builds B2B SaaS tools, so position your portfolio around platform or API-layer products rather than consumer apps. Hiring managers look for experience owning features that serve developer or marketer end users at scale.
Confirm Your Role Qualifies as Specialty Occupation
USCIS requires H-1B roles to demand a specific bachelor's degree field. For Product Management Lead positions, a degree in computer science, engineering, or business with a technical concentration strengthens the specialty occupation argument considerably over a general management background.
Target Klaviyo Roles That Align With Your Visa Timeline
If your OPT or current H-1B status expires within six months, prioritize roles Klaviyo posts with immediate hiring timelines. USCIS H-1B transfers can be filed with a receipt notice, letting you start before approval, but plan around that window.
Use Migrate Mate to Surface Klaviyo PM Openings
Klaviyo posts Product Management Lead roles across multiple channels at varying times. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for Klaviyo openings that include visa sponsorship, so you're applying to verified opportunities rather than guessing from a general job board.
Address Sponsorship Directly During Offer Negotiation
Raise your visa status and expected filing type before you receive a written offer. Klaviyo's legal and HR teams handle sponsorship through structured processes, so confirming H-1B cap-subject versus cap-exempt status and premium processing availability early prevents delays after signing.

Find Product Management Lead at Klaviyo JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Klaviyo sponsor H-1B visas for Product Management Leads?
Yes, Klaviyo sponsors H-1B visas for Product Management Lead roles. The company has an active sponsorship track record for this function, filing both new cap-subject petitions and H-1B transfers for candidates already holding valid status. If you're in the H-1B lottery cycle, confirm your timeline with the recruiter early since cap-subject filings have an October 1 start date.
Which visa types does Klaviyo commonly use for Product Management Lead roles?
H-1B is the most common nonimmigrant visa for Product Management Lead positions at Klaviyo, given the role's specialty occupation requirements. For permanent residence, Klaviyo supports EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship through the PERM labor certification process filed with the DOL. Candidates with extraordinary ability may explore EB-1A independently, though that pathway doesn't require employer sponsorship.
What qualifications does Klaviyo expect for a Product Management Lead?
Klaviyo typically looks for several years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with demonstrated ownership of a full product roadmap. Technical fluency matters because you'll work directly with engineering teams. For H-1B sponsorship purposes, your degree should align with the role, so computer science, engineering, or a closely related technical or business field strengthens your petition significantly.
How do I apply for Product Management Lead jobs at Klaviyo?
You can browse and apply for Product Management Lead openings at Klaviyo directly through Migrate Mate, which surfaces verified sponsorship-eligible roles at Klaviyo in one place. When applying, tailor your materials to Klaviyo's platform context and be upfront about your visa status in the early screening stage so their HR team can confirm sponsorship eligibility before you invest time in later rounds.
How do I time my application around Klaviyo's H-1B sponsorship process?
If you need a new cap-subject H-1B, USCIS opens registration in March for an October 1 start date. That means you'd need an offer and a filed petition well before the summer. For H-1B transfers, there's no cap constraint and you can start after USCIS receives the petition. Either way, flag your status in the first recruiter conversation so Klaviyo's legal team can map your timeline accurately.
