Frame your PM experience around client outcomes
Deloitte's Product Management Leads operate at the intersection of technology and client delivery. When tailoring your resume, emphasize cross-functional leadership on enterprise or SaaS initiatives rather than internal product ownership, since consulting firms prioritize client-facing impact.
Target Deloitte's Government and Technology practices
Deloitte's Government and Technology practice groups consistently hire product leaders for long-horizon digital programs. Roles within these practices often involve federal clients, which can mean stronger petition support given the structured project timelines and compliance infrastructure already in place.
Confirm which visa type fits your nationality early
If you're an Australian citizen, the E-3 is a faster, lottery-free path that Deloitte sponsors for this function. Canadians and Mexicans may qualify under TN. Clarifying your category before the offer stage prevents delays when Deloitte's legal team initiates the filing process.
Prepare your degree equivalency documentation now
A Product Management Lead role at Deloitte qualifies as a specialty occupation, requiring a directly related bachelor's degree or higher. If your degree is from outside the U.S., get a credential evaluation from a NACES-accredited provider before interviews begin, not after the offer.
Use Migrate Mate to identify open Product Management Lead roles at Deloitte
Roles at this level appear across multiple Deloitte practice areas simultaneously and fill quickly. Use Migrate Mate to filter for active Product Management Lead openings at Deloitte that align with your visa type, so you're applying to positions the firm is actively hiring for.
Understand the LCA filing requirement before negotiating your start date
Deloitte must file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL and receive certification before USCIS can adjudicate your H-1B petition. This step alone can take one to three weeks. Build that into your timeline when agreeing on a start date with your hiring team.

Find Product Management Lead at Deloitte JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Deloitte sponsor H-1B visas for Product Management Leads?
Yes, Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for Product Management Leads. The firm has a dedicated immigration legal team that manages the full petition process, from Labor Condition Application filing with the DOL through USCIS adjudication. Product Management Lead roles qualify as specialty occupations under H-1B rules, given the degree requirements tied to the position.
Which visa types does Deloitte commonly sponsor for Product Management Lead roles?
Deloitte sponsors H-1B visas for most internationally qualified candidates, along with H-1B1 for Chilean and Singaporean nationals and E-3 for Australian citizens. For candidates pursuing permanent residency, the firm also supports EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship through the PERM labor certification process, typically after a period of employment.
What qualifications and experience are expected for a Product Management Lead role at Deloitte?
Deloitte typically expects candidates to hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or business, with several years of product management experience in enterprise, government technology, or SaaS environments. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships at the client level is weighted heavily in the selection process.
How do I apply for Product Management Lead jobs at Deloitte?
You can browse open Product Management Lead positions directly through Deloitte's careers portal or find visa-sponsorship-eligible roles filtered by position and visa type on Migrate Mate. When applying, tailor your materials to the specific practice area, since Deloitte's Government, Technology, and Human Capital practices each look for different product leadership backgrounds.
How do I plan my timeline for H-1B sponsorship at Deloitte?
The H-1B cap lottery opens in March for an October 1 start date, so your offer and registration must be in place well before then. Deloitte can file cap-exempt petitions for certain qualifying roles, but most new hires go through the standard lottery cycle. Premium processing is available through USCIS for a faster decision, though Deloitte's policy on covering that cost varies by situation.
