Frame your experience around technical product support
Lennox's Customer Service roles frequently involve supporting HVAC dealers and contractors, not just general inquiries. Highlight any background in technical troubleshooting, warranty processing, or parts ordering for industrial or mechanical products to stand out from purely retail-focused applicants.
Confirm Lennox's E-Verify enrollment before applying
Lennox International is enrolled in E-Verify, which is required for H-1B sponsorship. Verifying this upfront tells you the company has the compliance infrastructure in place to file a petition, so your sponsorship conversation starts on solid ground.
Target roles tied to dealer or distributor support channels
Lennox organizes its Customer Service function around specific sales channels. Roles supporting dealer networks or commercial accounts are more likely to require sustained employment and structured onboarding, both of which increase the employer's willingness to invest in visa sponsorship.
Raise sponsorship early in the offer stage
Don't wait until a written offer to disclose your visa status. Once a hiring manager shows clear intent, ask directly whether the team has a process for H-1B filing through their HR or immigration counsel. Delay creates complications after USCIS deadlines are factored in.
Browse verified Customer Service openings through Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter Lennox International's open Customer Service positions by sponsorship history. This surfaces active roles where Lennox has demonstrated willingness to sponsor, saving you time on positions where sponsorship is unlikely to be approved.
Align your credentials with DOL prevailing wage expectations
Lennox must certify your offered wage meets DOL prevailing wage standards before filing your H-1B or starting PERM. Research wage levels for Customer Service Specialists in your work location so your salary negotiation doesn't create a compliance problem for the employer's petition.

Find Customer Service at Lennox International JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Lennox International sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Service?
Yes, Lennox International has a track record of sponsoring H-1B visas for Customer Service roles. The company operates in a specialized manufacturing environment where product knowledge and technical support skills are valued, which supports the specialty occupation classification USCIS requires. Your best path is applying to posted openings and confirming sponsorship intent directly during the interview process.
Which visa types does Lennox International use for Customer Service roles?
Lennox International sponsors both H-1B nonimmigrant visas and employment-based Green Cards, including EB-2 and EB-3 categories, for qualifying Customer Service professionals. The H-1B is the most common entry point for international hires. EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship typically follows after a period of full-time employment and requires Lennox to initiate the PERM labor certification process through the DOL.
What qualifications does Lennox International expect for Customer Service roles?
Lennox Customer Service positions typically require a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field, combined with experience supporting technical or industrial products. Familiarity with HVAC systems, dealer or distributor account management, and CRM platforms is frequently cited in job listings. Roles supporting commercial accounts may expect stronger technical knowledge and multi-stakeholder communication experience.
How do I apply for Customer Service jobs at Lennox International?
Apply directly through Lennox International's careers portal, where Customer Service openings are listed by location and business unit. You can also browse current sponsorship-eligible openings through Migrate Mate, which filters specifically for roles where Lennox has a history of supporting international candidates. When applying, tailor your resume to reflect technical support or dealer-facing experience relevant to HVAC or manufacturing environments.
How do I time my H-1B sponsorship process when targeting Lennox International?
The H-1B cap registration window opens in March each year, with an October 1 start date for selected petitions. If you're targeting a role at Lennox, aim to secure an offer well before March so the company has time to work with immigration counsel on your petition. If you're on OPT, confirm your STEM extension eligibility with your DSO, since a 24-month extension gives you more runway if you're not selected in the first lottery cycle.
