Align your credentials to manufacturing specialty occupations
Operations roles at Lennox require a degree in engineering, supply chain, or a closely related field. A general business degree paired with manufacturing experience may not satisfy the H-1B specialty occupation standard, so document the technical requirements of your specific role carefully.
Target Lennox plant and operational hub locations
Lennox manufactures HVAC and refrigeration equipment across multiple U.S. facilities. Operations postings tied to specific plant locations often move faster through hiring than corporate roles, so focus your search on those sites where production demand drives headcount decisions.
Browse Lennox Operations openings through Migrate Mate
Visa-sponsored Operations roles at Lennox can be hard to identify through general job boards. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for Lennox International Operations positions where visa sponsorship is confirmed, saving time you'd otherwise spend chasing dead ends.
Understand how PERM labor certification affects your timeline
If Lennox sponsors you for an EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card, the PERM process requires DOL to certify no qualified U.S. workers were available. This adds months to the overall timeline, so raise the green card question early in offer negotiations rather than after you've signed.
Prepare for LCA wage level scrutiny in Operations titles
The DOL Labor Condition Application sets a prevailing wage Lennox must meet for your specific role and location. Operations titles like process engineer or production supervisor carry different wage levels, so verify your offered salary maps to the correct SOC code before the petition is filed.
Negotiate your start date around the H-1B cap calendar
H-1B cap registrations open in March for an October 1 start date. If you're selected in the lottery and Lennox files promptly, build your expected start date around that October window and confirm your employer understands the filing deadlines well before registration opens.

Find Operations at Lennox International JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Lennox International sponsor H-1B visas for Operations roles?
Yes, Lennox International sponsors H-1B visas for Operations positions, particularly those in engineering and technical manufacturing functions that qualify as specialty occupations under USCIS standards. Your degree field needs to align directly with the role. Operations titles that involve process engineering, supply chain management, or quality systems typically meet that threshold more reliably than generalist management positions.
How do I apply for Operations jobs at Lennox International?
Applications go through Lennox International's careers portal. Search by function for Operations, engineering, or supply chain roles and filter by location to find plant-based openings. Migrate Mate also lists Lennox Operations positions filtered for visa sponsorship eligibility, which helps you focus on roles where sponsorship is a realistic outcome rather than an afterthought.
Which visa types does Lennox International use for Operations professionals?
Lennox sponsors both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories for Operations hires. The H-1B is the primary nonimmigrant path for specialty occupation roles in manufacturing and engineering. For longer-term employment, Lennox has filed EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant petitions, which lead to a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process filed with the DOL.
What qualifications does Lennox International expect for sponsored Operations roles?
Most sponsored Operations roles at Lennox require a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain, or a related technical field. Hands-on manufacturing experience, familiarity with lean or Six Sigma methodologies, and exposure to HVAC or refrigeration production environments strengthens your candidacy significantly. Graduate degrees can support EB-2 sponsorship if a Green Card pathway is part of the offer.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for Lennox Operations hires?
For H-1B sponsorship, the timeline depends on the lottery and filing dates. If selected in March's registration period, the earliest start date is October 1 of that year, roughly six to eight months later. PERM-based Green Card sponsorship through DOL takes considerably longer, often one to three years before an immigrant visa becomes available, depending on your country of birth and priority date.
