Frame credentials around manufacturing program delivery
Lennox operates across multi-site manufacturing environments, so your resume should highlight cross-functional project delivery, supply chain coordination, or capital project oversight. Generic program management experience reads weaker than examples tied to industrial or product manufacturing contexts.
Target roles tied to operational initiatives
Lennox regularly posts Project Program Manager openings aligned to product launches, facility upgrades, and systems integration. Prioritize applications to roles with a clear operational or engineering scope, where visa sponsorship has historically been more consistent for technical program managers.
Clarify sponsorship eligibility before the offer stage
Raise your visa sponsorship needs after a recruiter confirms genuine interest, not on the first screen. Lennox's talent acquisition team handles sponsorship approvals internally, so confirming early avoids wasted steps if the specific business unit has budget constraints for sponsored hires.
Understand the H-1B cap timing relative to your start date
If you need a new H-1B, USCIS only accepts cap-subject petitions in April for an October 1 start. Discuss this calendar constraint with Lennox's HR contact early so your projected start date aligns with what the lottery and processing timeline can realistically support.
Build a document package that supports specialty occupation
Project Program Manager petitions at manufacturing companies sometimes face USCIS scrutiny over specialty occupation eligibility. Prepare a detailed offer letter that specifies degree requirements, technical scope, and the engineering or business systems knowledge the role demands before your employer files Form I-129.
Use Migrate Mate to surface open roles efficiently
Lennox posts Project Program Manager openings across multiple business units and locations. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for Lennox International roles that have a visa sponsorship history, so you're applying where the pathway is already established rather than guessing.

Find Project Program Manager at Lennox International JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Lennox International sponsor H-1B visas for Project Program Managers?
Yes, Lennox International has a documented history of sponsoring H-1B visas for Project Program Manager roles. Sponsorship is typically tied to roles with a technical or engineering scope within their manufacturing operations. If you're already on H-1B status, Lennox can file a transfer petition, which lets you start without waiting for a new cap cycle.
Which visa types are commonly used for Project Program Manager roles at Lennox International?
H-1B is the most common nonimmigrant visa Lennox uses for Project Program Managers, given the specialty occupation framework that applies to degree-level program management in manufacturing. For candidates pursuing permanent residency, Lennox has sponsored both EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card categories, which are filed through the PERM labor certification process with the DOL.
How do I apply for Project Program Manager jobs at Lennox International?
Applications go through Lennox's careers portal, where roles are listed by business unit and location. You can also find visa-sponsorship-confirmed openings on Migrate Mate, which filters for Lennox International Project Program Manager roles where sponsorship is part of the hiring pattern. Tailor your application to reflect manufacturing program delivery, not just generic project management credentials.
What qualifications and experience does Lennox International expect for Project Program Manager roles?
Lennox generally expects a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field, along with demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Familiarity with stage-gate processes, ERP systems, and supply chain coordination tends to strengthen candidacy. PMP certification is valued but not always required depending on the specific business unit.
How do I plan my timeline if Lennox International agrees to sponsor my H-1B?
If you need a cap-subject H-1B, USCIS opens registration in March for an October 1 start date, so your offer and sponsorship agreement need to be in place before the lottery window. Premium processing can reduce the adjudication wait to roughly 15 business days after selection. Build at least six months of buffer between your offer acceptance and your intended start date.
