Align your background with Lennox's core segments
Lennox Business Development roles typically sit at the intersection of technical products and commercial growth. Framing your experience around HVAC, climate control, or industrial equipment sales signals genuine fit and reduces employer hesitation around sponsorship investment.
Target roles tied to revenue or channel expansion
Lennox is most likely to sponsor Business Development hires where the role has a direct commercial impact, such as expanding dealer networks or entering new distribution channels. Roles with measurable revenue accountability are easier for employers to justify sponsoring.
Time your application around H-1B cap deadlines
USCIS opens H-1B registration in March for an October 1 start date. If you're targeting a cap-subject H-1B at Lennox, you and your employer need to align on timing well before the registration window, not after an offer is extended.
Use Migrate Mate to find open Business Development roles at Lennox
Sponsorship-eligible positions aren't always labeled clearly on general job boards. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for Lennox Business Development openings that are open to visa sponsorship, so you're not wasting applications on roles that won't support your status.
Prepare for the PERM process if Green Card is the path
For EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship, Lennox's legal team must complete a DOL PERM labor market test before filing your immigrant petition. Understanding that this process typically runs six months or longer helps you negotiate realistic start dates and set expectations with hiring managers.

Find Business Development at Lennox International JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Lennox International sponsor H-1B visas for Business Developments?
Yes, Lennox International sponsors H-1B visas for Business Development roles. The company has an active sponsorship track record for this function, particularly for positions tied to commercial growth in its HVAC and refrigeration divisions. If you're cap-subject, you'll need to align your offer timing with USCIS's annual H-1B registration window, which opens in March for an October 1 start.
How do I apply for Business Development jobs at Lennox International?
Apply directly through Lennox International's careers portal or through Migrate Mate, which filters for sponsorship-eligible Business Development openings specifically. When applying, tailor your resume to reflect commercial outcomes in manufacturing or industrial products. Lennox Business Development roles often require familiarity with distribution channels, dealer networks, or B2B sales cycles in climate or energy-related sectors.
Which visa types does Lennox International commonly use for Business Development roles?
Lennox International sponsors H-1B visas for nonimmigrant work authorization and supports EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa petitions for longer-term permanent residence pathways. H-1B is the most common initial vehicle for Business Development hires. EB-2 may apply if your role requires an advanced degree or specialized expertise, while EB-3 covers roles filled through standard professional qualifications.
What qualifications does Lennox International expect for Business Development roles?
Lennox typically looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, and demonstrated experience in B2B sales, channel management, or strategic account growth within manufacturing or industrial markets. Familiarity with HVAC systems, refrigeration products, or energy infrastructure is a strong differentiator. For H-1B eligibility, your role must qualify as a specialty occupation requiring at minimum a relevant bachelor's degree.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take at Lennox International?
For H-1B sponsorship, plan for a minimum of several months between offer and work authorization start, given USCIS processing timelines and the October 1 cap-subject start date. For Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3, the DOL PERM labor market test alone typically takes six months or more before USCIS filing can begin. Discussing sponsorship intentions early in the hiring process gives Lennox's legal team the runway they need.
