How to Get Visa Sponsorship in MC Squared Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with H-1B specialty occupation criteria
MC Squared's sponsorship history is concentrated in H-1B visas, which require specialty occupation roles. Focus your applications on positions demanding a specific bachelor's degree or higher, analytical, technical, or specialized consulting functions tend to qualify most cleanly.
Understand the consulting hiring cycle before you apply
Consulting firms like MC Squared tend to hire in defined cycles tied to project pipelines and client demand. Applying during active growth phases, typically early in a calendar year, improves your chances of landing a role before H-1B cap season.
Use Migrate Mate to confirm MC Squared's verified sponsorship history
Sponsorship track records vary widely across consulting firms. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and confirm MC Squared actively files before investing time in an application.
Emphasize domain expertise that solves client problems
Consulting employers sponsor visas when they can't easily find a candidate domestically. Positioning yourself around a specific industry vertical or technical discipline, rather than generalist skills, makes the sponsorship case significantly easier for MC Squared to justify internally.
If you hold Canadian or Mexican citizenship, flag your TN eligibility early
MC Squared sponsors TN visas, which are faster and cap-exempt compared to the H-1B. Mentioning TN eligibility upfront removes a key hiring friction point and often accelerates the offer and onboarding process at consulting firms.

Does MC Squared sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, MC Squared sponsors H-1B visas. The company operates in Consulting and Professional Services, a sector where H-1B sponsorship is standard practice for roles requiring specialized expertise. Candidates in technical, analytical, or domain-specific consulting functions are the most likely fit for sponsored positions. Reviewing the types of roles MC Squared actively recruits for will help you assess your eligibility before applying.
Which visa types does MC Squared sponsor?
MC Squared sponsors H-1B visas, supports F-1 OPT workers, and offers TN visa sponsorship for eligible Canadian and Mexican citizens. The company does not have a Green Card or E-3 sponsorship track record based on available data. If you're on F-1 OPT, MC Squared can be a practical employer to bridge toward an H-1B petition in a subsequent cap season.
What types of roles at MC Squared are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Visa sponsorship at consulting firms like MC Squared is typically concentrated in roles that meet H-1B specialty occupation standards, positions requiring a specific field of study at the bachelor's level or above. Analytical, strategy, technology, and domain-specialist consulting roles tend to qualify most consistently. Generalist or administrative positions are less likely to support a sponsorship petition.
How do I find open sponsored positions at MC Squared?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to browse verified sponsorship opportunities at companies like MC Squared. Rather than manually cross-referencing job postings with government filing data, Migrate Mate aggregates confirmed sponsors and surfaces roles from employers with real sponsorship history, saving you time and reducing the risk of applying to companies that won't follow through.
How do I time my application to MC Squared around the H-1B cap?
The H-1B cap registration window typically opens in March, with the lottery running shortly after. For MC Squared to sponsor you, you'll need a job offer in hand before registration opens. That means targeting applications in the October through February window to allow time for interviews, offer negotiation, and internal approval before the filing deadline. Starting early is especially important at smaller consulting firms where sponsorship decisions move through fewer but slower approval layers.
