You will gain practical insight into how advertising fuels the streaming ecosystem and how media companies structure and monetize ad inventory.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support the creation of client-facing advertising proposals
- Design visually impactful pitch decks and marketing materials
- Develop case studies highlighting advertiser campaign performance and success stories
- Conduct market and audience research to strengthen proposal messaging
- Coordinate communication between internal teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing)
- Support approximately 3-5 proposal or case study projects per week

We are looking for someone highly organized, proactive in communication, and capable of producing polished deliverables.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking a candidate who:
- Has a great sense of marketing
- Can craft impactful marketing messages tailored to target clients
- Has strong visual storytelling skills and can create engaging presentation decks
- Is proficient in design and video tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe, Canva, video editing tools)
- Demonstrates analytical thinking through market and audience research
- Can logically connect research insights to ODK's advertising products
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Extracts key context and insights from discussions
- Thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments

Interest in streaming media, Korean content, anime, or youth consumer trends is a strong plus.
