Focus on Green Card pathways, not H-1B
Prime Healthcare's sponsorship activity centers on permanent residency, not temporary work visas. If you're targeting this employer, come prepared to discuss EB-2 or EB-3 eligibility upfront, it signals you understand how they actually sponsor.
Target clinical and allied health roles
Healthcare delivery roles, nurses, therapists, technicians, and physicians, are where Prime Healthcare's sponsorship activity is concentrated. Focus your applications on direct patient care positions rather than administrative or corporate functions.
Understand the PERM labor certification timeline
EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards require PERM labor certification before USCIS filing, which adds months to the process. Ask during interviews where the employer is in that process for your target role, some positions may already have an active PERM.
OPT and CPT candidates should apply early
Prime Healthcare works with F-1 OPT and CPT students, making it accessible for international graduates in healthcare fields. Apply well before your OPT start date, large hospital systems move through hiring processes slowly, and lead time matters.
Canadian applicants should flag TN eligibility
Prime Healthcare sponsors TN visas, which is significant for Canadian healthcare professionals, nurses, physical therapists, and certain other roles qualify. If you hold Canadian citizenship, mention TN eligibility early to simplify the sponsorship conversation for the recruiter.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified open roles
Confirmed Green Card sponsorship doesn't appear on most job boards. Search Prime Healthcare Services on Migrate Mate to filter for roles with verified sponsorship history, so you're applying where sponsorship is actually available, not just assumed.

Which roles at Prime Healthcare Services are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Prime Healthcare Services is concentrated in clinical and allied health roles, registered nurses, physical therapists, medical technologists, and physicians are the most common sponsored positions. These roles align directly with their core hospital operations across dozens of facilities. How do I find open sponsored jobs at Prime Healthcare Services?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find Prime Healthcare Services roles with verified sponsorship history. Most general job boards don't filter by actual sponsorship activity, so you can't easily tell which postings are open to international candidates. On Migrate Mate, you can browse Prime Healthcare's open positions filtered specifically by visa type and confirmed sponsorship track record.
How do I approach the Green Card sponsorship conversation when applying to Prime Healthcare Services?
Raise it early and frame it as a straightforward process question, not a burden. Ask whether the role has an existing PERM labor certification underway, since EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship involves a multi-step government process that can take a year or more to complete. Demonstrating familiarity with the EB-3 pathway and PERM requirements signals to recruiters that you won't require extensive hand-holding on the process.
