Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor helpdesk phone queues, monitor incident, problem and change requests.
- Provide telephone support for helpdesk and all associated processes.
- Provides tier one and accurate account of all incoming calls.
- Routes call and notifies technicians of any critical situation requiring immediate attention.
- Maintains the proper skills necessary to interface with a variety of users regarding specific problems.
- Orders, receives and inventories all computer items purchased.
- Create/open a conference bridge line for all service or system outages and document root cause for every problem that has been reported.
- Run reports with in telephone and helpdesk software for analytical purpose.
- Advises the Director/Manager of any issues that may affect the Information Services department.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma required for all new hires starting 4/1/14
- Work experience in help desk activities using a help desk software application
- Knowledge of E-Mail system fundamentals
- Understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, MS/NT)
- Familiar with internet and WEB browser concepts
Preferred qualifications:
- A+, Microsoft MCSA certification preferred.
- 1-3 years related work experience and customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Outlook, MS Office and Active Directory preferred
PAY TRANSPARENCY:
Prime Healthcare offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $33.20 to $48.08. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
