Align your HR credentials to Palantir's mission
Palantir prioritizes HR professionals who understand technical hiring pipelines and workforce planning in defense and commercial contexts. Frame your resume around recruiting or people operations experience in high-growth, compliance-heavy environments rather than traditional corporate HR.
Search open HR roles on Migrate Mate
Palantir's HR openings that include visa sponsorship aren't always easy to identify on generic job boards. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for Human Resources positions at Palantir with confirmed sponsorship history before you apply.
Address specialty occupation early in interviews
HR roles at technology companies can face USCIS scrutiny under the specialty occupation standard. Be prepared to articulate how your role requires a specialized degree, not just general business skills, particularly for HR business partner or compensation positions.
Ask about LCA timing before accepting an offer
Your employer must file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before the H-1B petition is submitted. Confirm with Palantir's HR or legal team when the LCA process begins so your start date doesn't get delayed by a preventable administrative gap.
Build EB-2 or EB-3 eligibility into your long-term plan
Palantir has sponsored permanent residency for HR professionals through the PERM labor certification process. If you're targeting a Green Card pathway, confirm during negotiations whether the role is structured to support EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship over time.

Find Human Resources at Palantir Technologies JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Palantir Technologies sponsor H-1B visas for Human Resources?
Yes, Palantir Technologies sponsors H-1B visas for Human Resources roles. HR positions at technology companies can face additional scrutiny from USCIS under the specialty occupation standard, so it helps to apply for roles with clearly defined degree requirements, such as HR business partner, compensation analyst, or talent acquisition specialist positions, rather than broadly scoped generalist titles.
How do I apply for Human Resources jobs at Palantir Technologies?
Applications go through Palantir's careers portal, where HR roles are listed by function and location. To find positions that include visa sponsorship, use Migrate Mate to filter Palantir's Human Resources openings by visa type before applying. Palantir's HR hiring process typically includes multiple rounds and a structured interview focused on both functional expertise and cultural fit.
Which visa types does Palantir Technologies commonly use for Human Resources roles?
Palantir sponsors a range of visa categories for HR professionals, including H-1B, H-1B1, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and J-1, as well as employment-based Green Card pathways such as EB-2 and EB-3. The right visa type depends on your nationality, degree background, and career stage. TN status is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying HR roles under USMCA.
What qualifications does Palantir look for in Human Resources candidates?
Palantir typically seeks HR professionals with experience supporting technical or engineering teams, familiarity with data-driven workforce planning, and exposure to compliance in government or regulated environments. A bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, or a related field is generally expected, and for H-1B purposes, the degree should directly align with the specific role you're applying for.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Human Resources role at Palantir?
Timeline depends on your visa type. For H-1B, the DOL must certify the Labor Condition Application before USCIS can process the petition, which adds several weeks to the start of the process. Cap-subject H-1B petitions are tied to the annual lottery, which runs in March for an October 1 start date. OPT and TN transitions can move faster, often within a few weeks of an offer.
