Job Roles at Pero Family Farms Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Pero Family Farms Visa Sponsorship USA
Target seasonal hiring windows early
Pero Family Farms hires on agricultural cycles tied to growing and harvest seasons. Applications submitted well before peak seasons move faster. Research the farm's key crop regions and time your outreach to align with their busiest planting or harvest periods.
Understand the H-2A program before applying
Pero Family Farms sponsors through the H-2A temporary agricultural worker visa, not H-1B. Knowing how H-2A works, including its employer-paid housing and transportation requirements, shows you're a serious candidate who understands the sponsorship structure they use.
Focus on field and farm labor roles
H-2A sponsorship at agricultural companies like Pero Family Farms is concentrated in hands-on roles, including crop harvesting, planting, and field operations. Target these departments directly rather than corporate or administrative openings, which rarely fall under H-2A eligibility.
Verify open sponsored roles through Migrate Mate
Sponsored agricultural jobs aren't always easy to identify on general job boards. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and find Pero Family Farms openings that are confirmed H-2A eligible, saving you time chasing unsponsored listings.
Highlight any prior agricultural work experience
Pero Family Farms operates large-scale fresh produce operations where hands-on experience matters. Applicants with documented field work, farm equipment familiarity, or prior H-2A employment stand out. Emphasize relevant physical labor experience clearly in your application materials.
Be flexible on work location and duration
Pero Family Farms operates across multiple growing regions in the U.S. H-2A roles are tied to specific worksites and contract periods. Showing flexibility on location and willingness to complete the full contract term signals reliability, which agricultural employers prioritize heavily in sponsorship decisions.

Does Pero Family Farms sponsor H-1B visas?
No, Pero Family Farms does not sponsor H-1B visas. The company's sponsorship activity is concentrated in the H-2A temporary agricultural worker program, which is designed for seasonal farm labor roles. If you're looking for H-1B sponsorship, you'll need to target employers in industries like technology, finance, or healthcare instead.
What visa types does Pero Family Farms sponsor?
Pero Family Farms sponsors the H-2A visa, a nonimmigrant visa category specifically for temporary agricultural workers. H-2A allows U.S. employers to bring foreign nationals to the country to fill seasonal or temporary farm labor positions when domestic workers aren't available. The company is among the more active H-2A sponsors in the fresh produce industry.
Which roles at Pero Family Farms are typically eligible for H-2A sponsorship?
H-2A sponsorship at Pero Family Farms is concentrated in field-based agricultural roles such as crop harvesters, planters, and general farm laborers. These positions are tied directly to the company's fresh produce growing operations. Corporate, administrative, and management roles are not typically sponsored through the H-2A program.
How do I find open H-2A jobs at Pero Family Farms?
The most reliable way is to use Migrate Mate, which tracks verified visa sponsors and surfaces confirmed H-2A openings from companies like Pero Family Farms. Because agricultural positions are often seasonal and location-specific, checking regularly during spring and summer hiring windows gives you the best chance of finding an active opening that matches your background.
How do I prepare a strong application for a sponsored role at Pero Family Farms?
Focus on demonstrating hands-on agricultural experience, physical reliability, and familiarity with field operations. If you've held a prior H-2A position, highlight it prominently since repeat H-2A workers are viewed favorably. Be prepared to commit to the full contract duration and specify geographic flexibility, as Pero Family Farms operates across multiple U.S. growing regions.
