Job Roles at GROWMARK Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in GROWMARK Visa Sponsorship USA
Target seasonal and field-based roles
GROWMARK's sponsorship activity is concentrated in agricultural and farming operations. Focus your search on seasonal, field, and crop-related positions, these are where the cooperative has a consistent history of bringing in sponsored workers.
Understand how H-2A sponsorship works
GROWMARK sponsors workers through the H-2A visa, which covers temporary agricultural employment. Roles are tied to specific seasons and crop cycles, so your application timeline needs to align with GROWMARK's operational calendar rather than a traditional hiring cycle.
Apply well ahead of the growing season
Agricultural employers like GROWMARK plan their workforce months in advance. H-2A petitions require Department of Labor certification before USCIS filing, so positions fill early, waiting until peak season to apply significantly reduces your chances.
Highlight hands-on agricultural experience
GROWMARK operates across grain, energy, and crop production. Applicants with demonstrated experience in these areas, particularly field work, equipment operation, or crop handling, are better positioned for roles the cooperative actively sponsors each cycle.
Search for verified sponsoring employers before applying
Not every agricultural job listing comes with confirmed sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, making it easier to identify GROWMARK roles before investing time in an application.
Prepare for a straightforward but document-heavy process
H-2A applications require proof of agricultural work eligibility and coordination between you, your employer, and the Department of Labor. GROWMARK's experience as an active sponsor means they're familiar with the process, but applicants should still gather documentation early.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does GROWMARK sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, GROWMARK does not have a meaningful H-1B filing history. The cooperative's sponsorship activity is focused on the H-2A visa, which covers temporary agricultural workers. Job seekers looking for H-1B sponsorship in agriculture should target employers in agribusiness, agricultural technology, or food science with a documented H-1B track record.
What visa types does GROWMARK sponsor?
GROWMARK's sponsorship activity is centered on the H-2A visa program, which allows U.S. agricultural employers to hire foreign nationals for temporary or seasonal farming work. This reflects the nature of GROWMARK's core business as an agricultural cooperative. The company does not have a documented track record of sponsoring H-1B, Green Card, or E-3 visas.
Which types of roles at GROWMARK typically come with H-2A sponsorship?
H-2A sponsorship at GROWMARK is generally tied to seasonal, field-level agricultural positions, roles directly involved in crop production, harvesting, and farming operations. These positions are tied to specific growing seasons and geographic locations within GROWMARK's service territory, which spans much of the Midwest. Office, corporate, or technical roles are unlikely to be eligible for H-2A sponsorship.
How do I find open GROWMARK roles that include visa sponsorship?
The most reliable approach is to search for GROWMARK on Migrate Mate, which tracks verified employer sponsorship history and filters job listings by visa type. Because H-2A roles are seasonal, availability shifts significantly throughout the year. Checking early, before the spring planting season and fall harvest cycle, gives you the best chance of finding active openings with confirmed sponsorship.
How do I improve my chances of getting sponsored by GROWMARK?
GROWMARK is an established agricultural cooperative with a consistent H-2A sponsorship track record, which means they have a defined process for hiring sponsored workers. Strengthening your application means demonstrating direct agricultural experience, being flexible on location across their Midwest service area, and applying early enough for your paperwork to clear before the season begins. Familiarity with grain, crop, or energy-related farming operations is a practical advantage.
