Accountabilities:
- Support continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing manufacturing processes and improving operational performance.
- Assist in analyzing current operations to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with MCG teams to implement Lean tools and techniques to reduce waste and improve process flow.
- Participate in planning, execution, and tracking of CI initiatives, ensuring project tasks are completed on schedule.
