Target roles that align with H-2A requirements
Center for Discovery sponsors H-2A visas, which cover temporary agricultural positions. Focus your search on seasonal farm work, crop production, and hands-on agricultural roles, these are the positions most likely to come with visa sponsorship attached.
Understand the seasonal nature of H-2A hiring
H-2A sponsorship is tied to agricultural cycles, meaning hiring windows open and close based on planting and harvest schedules. Time your application to match those cycles, applying outside peak periods may mean fewer sponsored openings available.
Confirm the role is listed on a valid job order
H-2A positions must be tied to a certified job order filed with the Department of Labor. Before applying, verify the role has active certification, this confirms Center for Discovery has secured legal authorization to hire international workers for that position.
Prepare for a physically demanding work environment
Agricultural roles at H-2A sponsors like Center for Discovery typically involve outdoor, physical labor. Highlighting relevant farming experience, equipment operation, or crop-specific skills in your application will strengthen your candidacy for sponsored positions.
Browse verified sponsors before applying broadly
Applying to employers with a real sponsorship track record saves significant time. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by actual sponsorship history, helping you focus on companies like Center for Discovery that have demonstrated consistent visa support.
Ask about housing and transportation arrangements upfront
H-2A employers are required to provide or arrange housing and transportation for sponsored workers. When engaging with Center for Discovery, confirm these logistics early, understanding the full employment package helps you assess whether the role is the right fit.

Does Center for Discovery sponsor H-1B visas?
No, Center for Discovery does not have a track record of sponsoring H-1B visas. Its sponsorship activity is concentrated in the H-2A category, which supports temporary agricultural workers. If you're seeking H-1B sponsorship, this employer is unlikely to be the right fit based on its current sponsorship profile.
What visa types does Center for Discovery sponsor?
Center for Discovery sponsors H-2A visas, which are designed for temporary or seasonal agricultural workers. This visa category is specific to employers in the Agriculture & Farming sector and requires a certified job order from the Department of Labor. It does not appear to sponsor Green Cards or other employment-based visa categories at this time.
What types of roles at Center for Discovery typically receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsored roles at Center for Discovery are concentrated in hands-on agricultural work, positions like crop workers, farm laborers, and seasonal agricultural staff. H-2A sponsorship is tied directly to certified agricultural job orders, so administrative, management, or professional roles are generally not eligible under this visa category.
How do I apply for a sponsored position at Center for Discovery?
Start by identifying open H-2A-certified roles tied to Center for Discovery's active job orders. Applications typically go through the employer's direct hiring process or a licensed agricultural recruiter. Because H-2A hiring is seasonal, timing matters, apply when the relevant agricultural cycle is approaching. Migrate Mate can help you identify verified openings from sponsors like Center for Discovery filtered by visa type.
How do I know if Center for Discovery is currently hiring sponsored workers?
H-2A job orders are filed with the Department of Labor ahead of each hiring season, so availability changes throughout the year. The most reliable approach is to monitor for active certified job orders and check for current openings close to planting or harvest periods. Migrate Mate surfaces employers with active sponsorship history so you can track hiring activity without sorting through unverified listings.
