Job Roles at Lewis Energy Group Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Lewis Energy Group Visa Sponsorship USA
Target H-2A roles specifically
Lewis Energy Group's sponsorship activity is concentrated in H-2A agricultural worker visas. Focus your search on seasonal and farm labor positions rather than corporate or administrative roles, where sponsorship is far less likely to be available.
Understand the seasonal nature of H-2A hiring
Agricultural visa sponsorship follows crop cycles and seasonal demand. Research Lewis Energy Group's typical planting and harvest periods so your application aligns with when they're actively recruiting sponsored workers rather than outside peak hiring windows.
Verify your H-2A eligibility before applying
H-2A visas require you to come from a country the U.S. has designated as eligible. Confirm your nationality qualifies before investing time in the application process, as Lewis Energy Group cannot sponsor workers from non-designated countries.
Emphasize hands-on agricultural experience
Lewis Energy Group operates in Agriculture and Farming, where practical field experience carries more weight than formal credentials. Highlight relevant skills like equipment operation, crop handling, or livestock care prominently in your application materials.
Act early in the hiring cycle
H-2A petitions require DOL certification before USCIS filing, which adds lead time to the sponsorship process. Lewis Energy Group needs to begin paperwork well before your intended start date, so apply as early as possible in the recruitment window.
Use a verified sponsor filter when job searching
Not every agricultural employer lists sponsorship details clearly. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, making it easier to confirm Lewis Energy Group has active openings before reaching out directly.

Does Lewis Energy Group sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Lewis Energy Group does not have a track record of sponsoring H-1B visas. Their sponsorship activity is focused on the H-2A agricultural worker program, which is designed for temporary seasonal farm labor rather than specialty occupation roles requiring a bachelor's degree or higher.
What visa types does Lewis Energy Group sponsor?
Lewis Energy Group sponsors H-2A visas for temporary agricultural workers. This visa category is specific to seasonal or temporary farm labor and allows U.S. employers in agriculture to hire foreign nationals when there aren't enough domestic workers available. If you're seeking sponsorship for professional or corporate roles, Lewis Energy Group is unlikely to be a match.
What kinds of roles does Lewis Energy Group typically sponsor?
Sponsorship at Lewis Energy Group is concentrated in hands-on agricultural and farming positions. Expect roles tied to field work, crop production, equipment operation, and general farm labor. These are the positions that qualify under the H-2A program. Office, management, or technical roles are not typically part of their sponsored hiring pipeline.
How do I apply for a sponsored job at Lewis Energy Group?
Start by identifying open positions during their active seasonal hiring periods, as H-2A sponsorship is tied closely to agricultural demand cycles. Apply directly with relevant farm labor experience highlighted in your materials. Because H-2A petitions involve DOL certification before USCIS filing, the process begins well in advance of the job start date, so early applications are essential. Migrate Mate can help you track verified sponsorship openings at Lewis Energy Group as they become available.
How do I know if Lewis Energy Group is currently hiring sponsored workers?
H-2A hiring at agricultural employers like Lewis Energy Group tends to follow predictable seasonal patterns rather than year-round recruitment. The most reliable approach is to monitor their openings during peak agricultural periods and cross-reference with verified sponsorship data. Migrate Mate aggregates sponsorship history and active job listings so you can quickly confirm whether Lewis Energy Group has current sponsored roles available.
