How to Get Visa Sponsorship in DUNCAN FAMILY FARMS Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with H-2A eligibility
Duncan Family Farms sponsors through the H-2A program, which covers temporary agricultural work. Focus your application on seasonal field, harvest, and farm labor roles, these are the positions most likely to come with visa sponsorship attached.
Understand the H-2A timeline before you apply
H-2A petitions are filed ahead of each agricultural season, so timing matters. Research Duncan Family Farms' typical planting and harvest cycles to identify when positions open and when sponsorship paperwork would be initiated on your behalf.
Confirm the job order is active before pursuing an application
H-2A sponsorship is tied to specific job orders filed with the Department of Labor. Before applying to Duncan Family Farms, verify that an active job order exists for the role and season you're targeting, not every listing guarantees a current filing.
Search for open positions on a verified sponsorship platform
Duncan Family Farms has a consistent H-2A sponsorship history. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, making it easier to find active openings at agricultural employers like Duncan Family Farms.
Prepare for the agricultural nature of the role upfront

Know that H-2A includes employer-provided housing and transport
