How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Polsinelli Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with Polsinelli's core practice areas
Polsinelli sponsors across legal and professional services functions. Focus your applications on roles in litigation, corporate law, healthcare law, or business operations, these departments have historically driven the firm's sponsorship activity.
Canadian and Mexican nationals should consider the TN visa route
Polsinelli sponsors TN visas, which can be a faster and simpler path than H-1B for eligible roles. If you hold Canadian or Mexican citizenship and qualify under a USMCA profession, raise the TN option explicitly during recruiting conversations.
Research Polsinelli's open roles on a platform that tracks real sponsorship history
Law firms don't always advertise their sponsorship willingness upfront. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, saving you from applying to roles where sponsorship is unlikely to be offered.
Tailor your application to Polsinelli's firm culture and practice needs
Polsinelli competes in a selective legal market. Demonstrating knowledge of the firm's specific practice groups, healthcare, real estate, or financial services, signals genuine interest and increases your chances of advancing to sponsorship-eligible conversations.

Does Polsinelli sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Polsinelli sponsors H-1B visas. The firm has a history of filing H-1B petitions for qualifying professional roles, particularly in legal and business operations functions. If you're on F-1 OPT or another temporary status, it's worth confirming sponsorship eligibility directly with the recruiting team during the interview process.
Which visa types does Polsinelli sponsor?
Polsinelli sponsors H-1B, Green Card (EB-2 and EB-3), F-1 OPT, and TN visas. The firm's sponsorship activity spans nonimmigrant work authorization and permanent residence pathways, making it a viable long-term option for international professionals looking to build a career in the U.S. legal industry.
Which departments or roles at Polsinelli typically receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Polsinelli tends to flow toward roles that require specialized qualifications, attorneys, legal professionals, and certain business services positions. Practice areas including healthcare law, corporate law, and real estate are among the firm's strongest, and roles tied to these groups are more likely to attract sponsorship support.
How do I find visa-sponsored job openings at Polsinelli?
Migrate Mate is the most efficient way to find Polsinelli roles where sponsorship is a real possibility. The platform tracks verified sponsorship data so you can filter by employer and visa type, rather than relying on job listings that don't disclose sponsorship status. This saves time and targets your effort toward employers with a documented track record.
How do I approach the application process at Polsinelli as an international candidate?
Be transparent about your visa status early in the process. Law firms like Polsinelli have in-house or outside immigration counsel experienced with H-1B and TN filings, so sponsorship is not an unfamiliar conversation.
