Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Clinical Social Work Jobs at RHA Health Services Jobs
Get your LCSW credentials verified early
RHA operates across multiple states with different licensure requirements. Before applying, confirm your clinical social work license is valid in the state where the role is posted, since unlicensed candidates rarely advance to sponsorship conversations in behavioral health settings.
Target RHA's community-based behavioral health openings
RHA's sponsored Clinical Social Work roles tend to sit within their disability support and behavioral health programs, not administrative functions. Filter your search by these program areas to find positions where the employer has the most direct precedent for sponsoring foreign national candidates.
Ask HR directly about PERM-based sponsorship timelines
RHA's sponsorship for Clinical Social Work roles typically flows through the EB-2 or EB-3 PERM labor certification process, which can take one to two years before a Green Card petition is filed. Clarify this timeline in your offer-stage conversations so expectations are aligned from day one.
Align your application with RHA's state-licensed workforce needs
RHA frequently posts Clinical Social Work roles in states where licensed behavioral health professionals are in short supply. Employers in those markets are more likely to invest in PERM sponsorship because local recruitment has demonstrably failed, which is exactly the legal standard DOL requires.
Use Migrate Mate to find RHA's open Clinical Social Work roles
Migrate Mate filters job listings by verified sponsorship history, so you can surface RHA's active Clinical Social Work openings alongside the company's Green Card filing record for this function, helping you prioritize your application effort efficiently.
Negotiate sponsorship commitment before signing an offer
Once RHA extends an offer, confirm in writing that PERM sponsorship is included. Healthcare employers sometimes treat sponsorship as discretionary. Getting explicit agreement on the filing timeline before you start protects you from delays after onboarding.

Find Clinical Social Work at RHA Health Services JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does RHA Health Services sponsor H-1B visas for Clinical Social Works?
RHA Health Services' sponsorship activity for Clinical Social Work roles is concentrated in employment-based Green Card pathways such as EB-2 and EB-3, rather than H-1B visas. Clinical social work roles can qualify under H-1B as specialty occupations, but you should confirm directly with RHA's HR team whether they initiate H-1B petitions for this function, since practice varies by hiring location and role type.
How do I apply for Clinical Social Work jobs at RHA Health Services?
You can find RHA Health Services' open Clinical Social Work positions through Migrate Mate, which surfaces roles at companies with a verified sponsorship history for this function. When applying, tailor your materials to RHA's community-based behavioral health and disability support programs, and clearly state your licensure status and work authorization needs in your cover letter so recruiters can route your application correctly from the start.
Which visa types does RHA Health Services commonly use for Clinical Social Work roles?
RHA Health Services has filed employment-based Green Card petitions for Clinical Social Work professionals, primarily through the EB-2 and EB-3 categories. These pathways require PERM labor certification through the Department of Labor before USCIS can adjudicate the immigrant visa petition. H-1B sponsorship is possible for qualifying specialty occupation roles but is less consistently documented for this job function at RHA.
What qualifications does RHA Health Services expect for sponsored Clinical Social Work roles?
RHA typically requires a Master of Social Work degree and an active state clinical social work license, such as LCSW or LICSW, for roles that lead to Green Card sponsorship. Prior experience in behavioral health, intellectual and developmental disabilities, or community-based care is a strong differentiator. Because PERM requires demonstrating that no equally qualified U.S. worker is available, your credentials need to match the posted minimum requirements precisely.
How long does the sponsorship process take for a Clinical Social Work position at RHA Health Services?
The EB-2 or EB-3 PERM process generally takes one to two years from labor certification filing to an approved I-140 petition with USCIS, not counting the time to actually receive a Green Card, which depends on your country of birth and visa backlog. Start this conversation during the offer stage so RHA's HR and legal teams can initiate the PERM recruitment process as early as your employment start date allows.
