Align Your Credentials Before Applying
RHA Health Services fills roles across behavioral health, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and community-based care. Confirm your clinical credentials, licensure, and any state-specific certifications are current before submitting applications, as credentialing gaps can delay USCIS petition filings significantly.
Target Roles Matching EB-2 or EB-3 Criteria
RHA's sponsorship history centers on employment-based Green Card categories. Review job postings carefully for degree and experience minimums that map to EB-2 advanced degree or EB-3 professional classifications, since the role's stated requirements directly shape the PERM labor certification DOL will evaluate.
Ask About PERM Timelines During Interviews
Green Card sponsorship through PERM involves DOL processing that can run six months or longer before USCIS ever sees a petition. Ask the hiring team directly where they are in establishing a PERM process and who manages it internally, so you know the realistic start-to-approval window.
Find Open Roles Using Migrate Mate
Browse Healthcare openings at RHA Health Services filtered by visa sponsorship eligibility using Migrate Mate. It surfaces roles where sponsorship is active and lets you focus your application energy on positions that are actually viable for your immigration situation.
Verify Your Work Authorization Status Is Compatible
RHA participates in E-Verify, so your work authorization documentation must be consistent and current at the point of hire. If you're transitioning from OPT, STEM OPT, or another nonimmigrant status, confirm your I-94 and employment authorization align with the expected start date.
Clarify Sponsorship Scope Before Accepting an Offer
Not every Healthcare offer at RHA comes with a sponsorship commitment. Before signing, confirm in writing whether the offer includes employer-paid PERM and petition filing fees, legal representation, and whether sponsorship is contingent on continued employment in a specific program or location.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does RHA Health Services sponsor H-1B visas for Healthcares?
RHA Health Services' documented sponsorship activity is focused on employment-based Green Card categories rather than the H-1B visa. If you're currently on H-1B status with another employer, you could transfer to RHA while a Green Card process is initiated, but candidates seeking initial H-1B sponsorship should verify current sponsorship scope directly with RHA's HR or recruiting team before applying.
Which visa types are commonly used for Healthcare roles at RHA Health Services?
RHA Health Services has sponsored Healthcare professionals through EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa categories. EB-2 applies to roles requiring an advanced degree or exceptional ability, while EB-3 covers professional positions requiring at least a bachelor's degree. Both pathways involve PERM labor certification through DOL before USCIS adjudicates the immigrant petition.
What qualifications and experience are expected for Healthcare roles at RHA Health Services?
RHA serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, and substance use disorders, so Healthcare roles typically require relevant clinical or behavioral health credentials. Depending on the position, you may need a bachelor's or master's degree in a human services field, state licensure, and direct support or case management experience. Specializations in applied behavior analysis or psychiatric rehabilitation are frequently relevant.
How do I apply for Healthcare jobs at RHA Health Services?
You can browse current Healthcare openings at RHA Health Services filtered by visa sponsorship eligibility on Migrate Mate. Once you identify a relevant role, apply through RHA's official careers portal. Tailor your application to reflect the specific population RHA serves and highlight any licensure, certifications, and direct care experience prominently, since those credentials directly affect sponsorship eligibility under EB-2 and EB-3 criteria.
How long does the sponsorship and Green Card process take at RHA Health Services?
The timeline depends on your country of birth and the visa category. The PERM labor certification with DOL alone can take six months to over a year. After PERM approval, USCIS adjudicates the I-140 immigrant petition, which can take additional months. For applicants born in India or China, visa backlog wait times under EB-2 and EB-3 can extend the total process by years, so starting early matters.
