Job Roles at RHA Health Services Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in RHA Health Services Visa Sponsorship USA
Target clinical and direct-support roles first
RHA Health Services' sponsorship activity is concentrated in healthcare and behavioral health positions. Focus your applications on clinical, therapeutic, and direct-support roles where the company has demonstrated a willingness to sponsor international candidates for permanent residence.
Understand that RHA sponsors Green Cards, not H-1B visas
RHA Health Services sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards rather than H-1B visas. If you're on a nonimmigrant status with limited time, clarify early whether a direct Green Card sponsorship pathway aligns with your current immigration situation before investing in the application process.
Align your credentials with EB-2 or EB-3 eligibility
EB-2 requires an advanced degree or exceptional ability; EB-3 covers professionals, skilled workers, and some unskilled positions. Healthcare roles at RHA may qualify under either category depending on your qualifications, so confirm with an immigration attorney which classification your background supports.
Ask about sponsorship explicitly during the interview process
Because RHA's sponsorship volume is selective rather than high-volume, confirm the company's willingness to sponsor your specific role and location before advancing far into the hiring process. Hiring managers in healthcare organizations often have direct input on sponsorship decisions.
Prioritize locations where RHA actively hires internationally
RHA operates across multiple states in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. Research which locations have open roles and a pattern of sponsoring international staff. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and identify the strongest opportunities.
Prepare for a longer timeline with Green Card sponsorship
Unlike H-1B sponsorship, Green Card processing through EB-2 or EB-3 typically takes significantly longer due to PERM labor certification and USCIS processing steps. Factor multi-year timelines into your planning and ensure your current work authorization can bridge the gap.

Does RHA Health Services sponsor H-1B visas?
No. RHA Health Services does not have a known track record of H-1B sponsorship. The company's visa sponsorship activity is focused on permanent residence pathways through the EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card categories. If you're currently on an H-1B or need a nonimmigrant work visa to maintain status, you'll want to explore whether a direct Green Card path is feasible for your situation before applying.
What visa types does RHA Health Services sponsor?
RHA Health Services sponsors employment-based Green Cards, specifically through the EB-2 and EB-3 preference categories. EB-2 is typically for roles requiring an advanced degree or demonstrated exceptional ability, while EB-3 covers a broader range of professional and skilled positions. Both pathways require PERM labor certification before a petition can be filed with USCIS.
Which roles or departments at RHA Health Services are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at RHA Health Services tends to align with its core service areas: behavioral health, intellectual and developmental disability services, and community-based care. Clinical roles such as licensed therapists, behavior analysts, nurses, and program managers in direct-support settings are the most likely candidates for Green Card sponsorship, as these positions require specific professional credentials that justify the PERM labor certification process.
How do I find open jobs at RHA Health Services that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find RHA Health Services positions verified against actual sponsorship history. Rather than relying on job descriptions that mention sponsorship without evidence, Migrate Mate pulls from real filing data so you can see which employers have a documented track record. Search for RHA Health Services directly on the platform and filter by visa type to find relevant openings.
How do I approach the application process at RHA Health Services as an international candidate?
Start by confirming that your role qualifies for EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship and that your current work authorization allows you to remain employed during what can be a multi-year Green Card process. Raise the sponsorship question directly with the recruiter or hiring manager early, ideally before a final interview, so both sides understand the commitment involved. Having an immigration attorney review your eligibility before you apply strengthens your position considerably.
