- Own metrics, dashboards, and reviews for your domain: volumes, turnaround, QA trends, rework, and capacity planning; present findings and plans to LE Engagement and Legal/Public Policy leadership.
- Contribute to multi-year roadmap and headcount planning for LE Ops (e.g., BPO vs. FTE mix, regional coverage, specialization).
- Represent LE Ops in cross-functional strategy forums (e.g., LE automation, Trusted Flagger, outreach programs) and help align operational reality with external commitments.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
You have:
- 8+ years in law enforcement response, trust & safety operations, legal operations, or similar, with at least 2+ years people-management experience (direct reports).

Frame your HR credentials for tech companies
Tech platforms like Roblox expect HR candidates to show fluency with data-driven people practices. Highlight experience with HRIS platforms, workforce analytics, or supporting engineering and product orgs rather than leading with generalist HR credentials.
Target roles tied to core business scaling
Roblox prioritizes HR hires that support rapid headcount growth across engineering and trust and safety teams. Positioning yourself around high-volume hiring programs or global mobility experience improves your chances of reaching the sponsorship conversation.
Clarify your visa category before applying
Roblox sponsors multiple visa types for HR roles, including H-1B, E-3, TN, and H-1B1. Knowing which category fits your nationality and background lets you address sponsorship directly and confidently when recruiters ask, avoiding delays caused by mismatched expectations.
Use Migrate Mate to surface open HR roles
HR positions at Roblox move quickly and aren't always easy to track across job boards. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for Roblox Human Resources openings that include visa sponsorship, so you spend time on roles that are actively hiring and sponsorship-ready.
Prepare for specialty occupation documentation early
For H-1B sponsorship, USCIS requires evidence that your HR role qualifies as a specialty occupation. Gather your degree transcripts, job description, and any professional certifications ahead of the offer stage so your employer's counsel can build the petition without delays.
Negotiate offer timing around USCIS filing windows
If your sponsorship path requires an H-1B cap filing, the October 1 start date is non-negotiable. When negotiating your offer, confirm that Roblox's legal team can meet the April filing window and build a realistic start date into your employment agreement.

Does Roblox sponsor H-1B visas for Human Resources?
Yes, Roblox sponsors H-1B visas for Human Resources roles. The company works with immigration counsel to support sponsored hires across HR business partnering, talent acquisition, and people operations functions. Sponsorship is handled on a case-by-case basis, and whether your specific role qualifies as a specialty occupation under USCIS guidelines will depend on the degree requirements tied to the position.
How do I apply for Human Resources jobs at Roblox?
Apply directly through Roblox's careers page or browse their open Human Resources roles on Migrate Mate, which filters specifically for positions that include visa sponsorship. When you apply, tailor your resume to reflect experience relevant to tech industry HR, such as supporting engineering teams, scaling global hiring programs, or managing HR processes in high-growth environments.
Which visa types does Roblox commonly sponsor for Human Resources roles?
Roblox sponsors a range of visa categories for HR hires, including H-1B, H-1B1 (for Chilean and Singaporean nationals), E-3 (for Australian citizens), TN (for Canadian and Mexican professionals), F-1 OPT, and employment-based Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3. The right category depends on your nationality and the specific position. Most HR roles at Roblox fall under specialty occupation classifications.
What qualifications does Roblox typically expect for Human Resources candidates?
Roblox generally looks for HR candidates with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, along with hands-on experience supporting tech or gaming industry teams. For senior roles, experience with HRIS systems, compensation benchmarking, or global mobility programs is frequently cited. Your degree field matters for visa sponsorship purposes, as USCIS will assess whether it aligns with the role.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Roblox HR offer?
Timeline depends heavily on your visa category. For H-1B cap-subject candidates, expect several months between offer and start date given USCIS lottery timing and processing windows. E-3 and TN candidates can often move faster, with consular processing completed in weeks. USCIS premium processing is available for certain petitions and reduces adjudication time to 15 business days if your employer elects it.
