Job Roles at Rogers Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Rogers Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with Rogers's core materials expertise
Rogers operates at the intersection of advanced materials and engineering. Focus your application on roles in process engineering, materials science, R&D, and product development, these are the functions most likely to lead to sponsored permanent residency at a specialty chemicals company.
Understand that Rogers sponsors Green Cards, not H-1Bs
Rogers's sponsorship history skews heavily toward permanent residency rather than temporary work visas. If you're already authorized to work in the U.S., on OPT, CPT, or TN status, you're better positioned to pursue a long-term Green Card pathway through Rogers.
Leverage OPT or CPT to get your foot in the door
Rogers actively supports F-1 students through OPT and CPT. Starting in an internship or entry-level role under student work authorization is a practical way to demonstrate value before pursuing sponsored permanent residency in the chemicals and materials space.
Canadian professionals should consider the TN visa pathway
Rogers sponsors TN visas, which is a fast, lottery-free option for Canadian and Mexican professionals in qualifying scientific and engineering roles. If you hold Canadian citizenship and work in a TN-eligible specialty, this is one of the most direct routes to joining Rogers.
Research Rogers's EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship categories before applying
Rogers sponsors both EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards, which serve different qualification levels. Understanding which category fits your education and experience before you apply helps you have an informed conversation with their HR team about long-term sponsorship potential.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified Rogers job openings
Rogers's sponsorship history is real but selective, finding the right open role matters. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by actual sponsorship history and focus your search on companies like Rogers that have a documented track record of sponsoring permanent residency.

Does Rogers sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Rogers does not have a history of sponsoring H-1B visas. The company's sponsorship activity is focused on permanent residency through the EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card categories, along with F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. If you need H-1B sponsorship specifically, Rogers may not be the right fit, but it can be an excellent option if you're pursuing a long-term Green Card pathway.
What visa types does Rogers sponsor?
Rogers sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. This makes the company particularly well-suited for F-1 students looking to gain U.S. work experience through internships or post-graduation employment, Canadian and Mexican professionals eligible for the TN visa, and skilled workers in the chemicals and materials industry pursuing permanent residency.
Which roles at Rogers are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Rogers's sponsorship activity is concentrated in technical and scientific disciplines that align with its specialty materials business, areas like materials engineering, chemical process engineering, R&D, and advanced manufacturing. Roles requiring specialized knowledge of substrates, laminates, or high-performance materials are a strong fit. Business and administrative functions are less commonly sponsored at companies with this type of technical sponsorship profile.
How do I find open jobs at Rogers that offer visa sponsorship?
The most reliable approach is to search for Rogers on Migrate Mate, which surfaces job openings at companies with verified sponsorship histories. This lets you filter specifically for roles at Rogers and understand which visa types are supported before you invest time applying. From there, applying directly through Rogers's careers page and referencing your work authorization status upfront helps set clear expectations with the hiring team.
How do I approach the application process at Rogers as an international candidate?
Start by identifying roles that match your technical background in chemistry, materials science, or engineering, these are the areas where Rogers has historically sponsored candidates. Be transparent about your work authorization status early in the process. If you're on F-1 OPT or CPT, Rogers has supported these pathways before, which gives you a concrete starting point for the conversation about long-term sponsorship as your career there develops.
