Target roles in operations and materials processing
SA Recycling's core business involves processing, sorting, and distributing scrap materials. Operations-focused roles tied to the physical supply chain are the most natural fit for the company's sponsorship history and where visa-supported hiring tends to concentrate.
Focus on Green Card pathways, not temporary visas
SA Recycling's sponsorship activity centers on permanent residence rather than temporary work visas. If you're planning your immigration timeline, position yourself for long-term employment and demonstrate you're committed to growing with the company.
Understand the EB-2 and EB-3 distinction before applying
SA Recycling has sponsored both EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards. Whether you qualify for EB-2 or EB-3 depends on your role, education, and experience, understanding which category fits your profile helps you enter the process with realistic expectations.
Highlight experience relevant to distribution and wholesale
Recycling operations sit squarely within distribution and wholesale. Emphasize logistics, inventory management, supply chain experience, or materials handling in your application, skills that map directly to what SA Recycling actually does day-to-day.
Search verified sponsors to confirm open roles
Before reaching out to SA Recycling's recruiting team, confirm they have active openings that match your skills. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and find current positions at companies like SA Recycling.
Prepare for a PERM-based sponsorship timeline
Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 typically involves a PERM labor certification process, which takes considerable time. Plan accordingly, and ask during interviews whether the company has experience navigating the full Green Card process for your role type.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does SA Recycling sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, SA Recycling does not have a track record of sponsoring H-1B visas. The company's immigration activity has focused on permanent residence pathways, specifically EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards. If H-1B sponsorship is a requirement for your situation, this may not be the right employer to target at this stage.
What visa types does SA Recycling sponsor?
SA Recycling sponsors employment-based Green Cards under the EB-2 and EB-3 categories. These pathways are designed for workers in roles requiring professional qualifications or skilled labor. Sponsorship at SA Recycling leans toward permanent residence rather than nonimmigrant work visas, which suits candidates looking for long-term U.S. employment rather than a temporary arrangement.
Which departments or roles at SA Recycling are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Given SA Recycling's position in the recycling and scrap metal industry, sponsorship tends to align with operational and technical roles tied to materials processing, facility management, and distribution logistics. Roles that require specialized experience in the distribution and wholesale sector are generally the strongest candidates for employer-sponsored permanent residence at a company like SA Recycling.
How do I find open sponsored positions at SA Recycling?
The most reliable way to find current openings at SA Recycling with confirmed sponsorship history is through Migrate Mate, which surfaces verified visa-sponsoring employers and lets you filter by company and visa type. This saves time compared to sifting through general job boards where sponsorship details are rarely disclosed upfront and often inaccurate.
How do I approach the application process at SA Recycling as a visa-sponsored candidate?
Lead with your qualifications and how they fit the role before raising sponsorship. SA Recycling's Green Card process involves PERM labor certification, which requires the employer to document the hiring process carefully, so demonstrating you're the best candidate for the role is the foundation of any successful sponsorship case. Once you have a strong application, raise the Green Card conversation during the offer stage.
