Job Roles at Swatch Group Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Swatch Group Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles aligned with Green Card sponsorship
Swatch Group's sponsorship activity is concentrated in employment-based Green Cards rather than temporary work visas. Focus your applications on roles in corporate functions, wholesale operations, or brand management where long-term hiring is more likely.
Approach the hiring process with a long-term mindset
Because Swatch Group's sponsorship skews toward permanent residence rather than temporary visas, demonstrating a long-term commitment to the brand and the U.S. market will strengthen your candidacy during interviews and negotiations.
Focus on distribution and wholesale operations roles
Swatch Group's U.S. operations span retail distribution and brand wholesale. Roles in supply chain, operations management, and account management align well with where sponsorship-eligible positions tend to appear within the organization.
Monitor Swatch Group openings through a verified sponsor database
Because sponsorship opportunities at Swatch Group are selective, timing matters. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and set alerts for new Swatch Group postings as they go live.
Highlight industry-relevant expertise in luxury goods or retail distribution
Swatch Group prioritizes candidates with domain knowledge in luxury retail, wholesale distribution, or consumer goods. Emphasizing relevant sector experience signals you can contribute immediately, which matters when a company sponsors selectively.

Does Swatch Group sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship records, Swatch Group does not have a track record of sponsoring H-1B visas. Its sponsorship activity is focused on employment-based Green Cards, specifically the EB-2 and EB-3 categories. If you require H-1B sponsorship, you should factor this into your job search strategy when targeting Swatch Group.
What visa types does Swatch Group sponsor?
Swatch Group sponsors employment-based Green Cards, including both the EB-2 and EB-3 categories. EB-2 is generally suited to professionals with advanced degrees or demonstrated exceptional ability, while EB-3 covers those with bachelor's degrees in a relevant field. The company does not appear to sponsor temporary nonimmigrant work visas such as the H-1B or E-3.
Which departments or roles at Swatch Group are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Swatch Group tends to align with professional and corporate roles rather than entry-level retail positions. Functions in wholesale operations, brand management, supply chain, and corporate administration are the most likely candidates. Roles requiring specialized expertise in luxury goods, distribution logistics, or brand strategy tend to attract the kind of long-term hiring commitment that sponsorship requires.
How do I find open visa-sponsoring jobs at Swatch Group?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find Swatch Group positions with confirmed sponsorship history. Unlike general job boards, Migrate Mate filters openings by verified sponsorship records, so you can see which employers have actually sponsored visas rather than just claimed they are open to it. Set up alerts to be notified as new Swatch Group roles are posted.
How do I approach the application timeline when targeting a Green Card sponsor like Swatch Group?
Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 involves multiple stages: PERM labor certification, an I-140 immigrant petition, and then adjustment of status or consular processing. The full process can span one to several years depending on your country of birth and priority date. Start conversations about sponsorship early in the hiring process so both sides understand the commitment involved before an offer is made.
