We are seeking a skilled After Sales Services / SAP CRM representative to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical aspects of the production environment, including performing work during change windows and potentially providing on-call support.
- Troubleshooting & Bug Fixing: Diagnose and resolve issues with custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, and other technical objects within the SAP environment. Design, code, and test new ABAP features and enhancements to meet evolving business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support for SAP systems and users, handling routine operations, monitoring system performance and responding to incidents and problems.
- Create and maintain detailed technical specification documents, unit test plans, and other technical documentation for developed solutions.
- Analyze and optimize existing ABAP programs and reports to improve their efficiency and responsiveness.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the functionality and stability of developed solutions.
- Write secure, stable, and high-quality code, and participate in code reviews to maintain standards and share knowledge.
- Work closely with functional consultants, business users, and other IT teams to understand requirements and deliver aligned solutions.
- Develop and maintain interfaces using technologies like IDOCs, RFCs, and Web Services to integrate SAP with other systems.
- Customer phone communication.
Base Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 Per Annum
