We are seeking a senior-level Technical Program Manager to lead a large-scale operational modernization and technology transformation initiative. This role will focus on driving execution, governance, and coordination across multiple technical and operational workstreams related to cloud modernization, data platforms, analytics enablement, and operational systems transformation.

Their broader technology direction includes Databricks, AWS S3, Redshift, Athena, Power BI, Apache Iceberg, and more modern streaming and analytics capabilities. AWS is heavily involved in the initiative alongside engineering/data teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing enterprise-scale programs involving cloud technologies, analytics, AI/ML initiatives, and cross-functional stakeholder management in complex operational environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program execution across multiple technical and business workstreams.
- Drive governance, planning, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder communication for enterprise modernization initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, data, analytics, operations, and executive leadership teams.
- Manage collaboration across external vendors, consulting partners, cloud providers, and internal delivery teams.
- Oversee cloud and data modernization initiatives including analytics enablement, operational reporting, forecasting, and visualization solutions.
- Support modernization of enterprise data ecosystems leveraging cloud technologies and modern analytics platforms.
- Drive delivery of operational analytics, AI/ML, and business intelligence initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Manage multi-workstream technical programs involving infrastructure modernization, operational systems, and enterprise analytics platforms.
- Track program milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks, and implementation timelines.
- Facilitate executive-level reporting, governance reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
- Ensure successful execution within highly operational, fast-paced, and cross-functional enterprise environments.
- Preferred experience working in operationally complex industries such as energy, utilities, infrastructure, manufacturing, transportation, or supply chain environments.
- Experience collaborating with cloud providers, enterprise consulting partners, and distributed engineering/data teams.
- Exposure to operational analytics, forecasting, scheduling, enterprise planning, and reporting systems is highly preferred.
REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Portfolio Management, or Enterprise Program Delivery.
- Strong experience leading enterprise cloud transformation or data modernization programs.
- Proven expertise managing large-scale, multi-workstream technical initiatives.
- Experience driving AI/ML, analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing consulting-led, vendor-heavy, or outsourced delivery engagements.
- Ability to work effectively across engineering, operations, analytics, and leadership teams.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Preferred experience with modern cloud and analytics technologies including AWS, Databricks, Amazon S3, Redshift, Athena, Power BI, Apache Iceberg, and modern data platform technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud engineering, data engineering, analytics platforms, and enterprise modernization initiatives is highly preferred.

Align your credentials to specialty occupation standards
H-1B eligibility for Technician roles requires your degree to directly relate to the technical duties you'll perform. A general IT or computer science degree typically satisfies this, but a business or unrelated degree can trigger USCIS scrutiny even if you have years of hands-on experience.
Research Tiger Analytics LCA filings before applying
DOL Labor Condition Application disclosures are public record and show the job titles and prevailing wage levels Tiger Analytics has filed for Technician roles. Reviewing these tells you how the company classifies this function and what salary benchmarks you can realistically expect in negotiations.
Target open Technician roles through Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter for Technician openings at Tiger Analytics that explicitly list visa sponsorship. This saves time you'd otherwise spend cross-referencing job boards where sponsorship availability is buried or missing entirely from the posting.
Clarify CPT and OPT authorization before your start date
If you're on F-1 status, confirm whether your Technician role qualifies as directly related to your field of study before accepting an offer. Tiger Analytics sponsors both CPT and OPT, but your Designated School Official must authorize your work authorization before Day 1, not after.
Confirm your H-1B cap status with the recruiter early
Cap-exempt candidates, such as those transferring from a current H-1B or coming from a cap-exempt employer, can start at Tiger Analytics outside the April lottery window. Ask the recruiter explicitly during screening whether they can support a cap-exempt transfer to avoid waiting an entire cycle.
Prepare your PERM documentation if targeting permanent residency
Tiger Analytics sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards for Technician staff, which requires a PERM labor certification filed with DOL. That process typically takes 12 to 18 months before the I-140 petition stage, so clarify when the employer clock starts relative to your hire date.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Tiger Analytics sponsor H-1B visas for Technicians?
Yes, Tiger Analytics sponsors H-1B visas for Technician roles. The company participates in the annual H-1B cap lottery, so your petition needs to be registered in April for an October 1 start date. If you already hold a valid H-1B from another employer, Tiger Analytics can file an H-1B transfer petition outside the lottery window, letting you start sooner.
How do I apply for Technician jobs at Tiger Analytics?
You can find open Technician positions at Tiger Analytics directly through their careers page or by browsing Migrate Mate, which filters postings by visa sponsorship availability. When applying, tailor your resume to reflect the specific technical stack and data operations skills listed in the job description, as Tiger Analytics evaluates technical fit closely during screening for this function.
Which visa types does Tiger Analytics commonly use for Technician roles?
Tiger Analytics sponsors H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN visa, and employment-based Green Cards (EB-2 and EB-3) for Technician positions. OPT and CPT are typical entry points for recent graduates, with H-1B sponsorship following for longer-term employment. TN visa status is available for Canadian and Mexican nationals whose Technician role aligns with a qualifying USMCA profession category.
What qualifications does Tiger Analytics expect for Technician roles?
Tiger Analytics typically looks for a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field for Technician positions. Hands-on experience with data pipelines, analytics tooling, or enterprise software environments strengthens your candidacy. For H-1B purposes, your degree must correspond to the specific duties of the role, so a directly relevant field matters more than years of experience alone.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take if I receive a Technician offer from Tiger Analytics?
Timeline depends on your current visa status. F-1 OPT authorization through USCIS takes 3 to 5 months from application, so apply before your program ends. H-1B cap cases require a lottery registration in March and an October 1 start date at the earliest. Premium processing for H-1B petitions cuts USCIS adjudication to 15 business days once filed, which Tiger Analytics has used for time-sensitive hires.
