Map your degree to USMCA professions
TN eligibility at Colliers Engineering & Design depends on your occupation matching the USMCA professions list exactly. Cross-reference your credential against the engineer or scientist categories in O*NET before applying, since a mismatch in job title or degree field will get you turned away at the border.
Target project-heavy engineering service lines
Colliers Engineering & Design staffs multidisciplinary project teams in civil infrastructure, environmental consulting, and transportation. Roles on active project contracts are the most likely to generate TN-supported offer letters, so filter your search toward departments with visible public-sector or infrastructure project pipelines.
Request a TN offer letter before your border appointment
Colliers Engineering & Design issues the offer letter you present at the port of entry or U.S. consulate. Confirm with your recruiter that the letter specifies your TN category, employer address, wage, and employment period before you schedule your border or consular appointment.
Verify your wage against OFLC Wage Search
CBP officers can and do question whether your offered salary meets the prevailing wage for your occupation and work location. Run your role through OFLC Wage Search using the correct SOC code before your interview so you can verify your offer aligns with published wage levels.
Use Migrate Mate to find Colliers TN openings
Searching broadly for engineering jobs misses which Colliers Engineering & Design roles are realistically open to TN professionals. Migrate Mate filters employer listings by verified TN-supporting hiring history, so you can prioritize applications to teams that have already demonstrated willingness to issue TN offer letters.
Prepare credential documentation for border presentation
Canadian citizens are admitted at the border without a visa stamp, but CBP officers require original credential documents, not copies. Bring your official degree transcripts, professional license if applicable, and the signed Colliers Engineering & Design offer letter in a single organized packet for inspection.

Which roles at Colliers Engineering & Design qualify for TN status?
TN-eligible roles at Colliers Engineering & Design are concentrated in civil, structural, environmental, and transportation engineering, as well as scientific and technical consulting positions. How long does TN admission take when working with Colliers Engineering & Design?
For Canadian citizens, CBP admission at the border is typically granted the same day, assuming your documents are in order. Mexican nationals should account for consular appointment wait times, which vary by location and demand. How do I find TN-eligible openings at Colliers Engineering & Design?
Not every Colliers Engineering & Design job posting signals TN readiness, so targeted searching matters. The role must match one of the professions listed in USMCA Appendix 1603.D.1. Migrate Mate filters TN job listings to roles that fall within the eligible profession list.
