Match your credentials to USMCA professions
Loma Linda University Health hires across clinical and scientific disciplines, but TN admission requires your role to appear on the USMCA professions list. Cross-reference your specific job title against that list before applying, since a misclassified role disqualifies you at the border regardless of your qualifications.
Request a role-specific offer letter
Loma Linda University Health's offer letter must state your job title, your USMCA profession category, your work location, and the temporary nature of your employment. A vague or incomplete letter is the most common reason TN admission gets delayed or refused at the port of entry.
Target departments with recurring TN hires
Clinical departments like physical therapy, respiratory care, and laboratory sciences at Loma Linda University Health regularly support TN candidates. Focusing your applications on these units increases your chances of reaching a hiring manager already familiar with the TN admission process.
Search Loma Linda TN roles on Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter open positions at Loma Linda University Health by visa type. The platform surfaces roles aligned with TN-eligible USMCA occupations, saving you from applying to positions in departments unlikely to support treaty-based admission for Canadian or Mexican nationals.
Prepare your degree credentials before the interview
TN admission requires proof that your degree matches the USMCA profession. If your credential is from outside the U.S. or Canada, have a credential evaluation completed in advance. Loma Linda University Health's clinical hiring teams expect documentation to be ready before an offer letter is drafted.
Understand the Canadian versus Mexican process difference
Canadian nationals present their offer letter directly at a U.S. port of entry with no advance visa required. Mexican nationals must attend a consular interview and receive a TN visa stamp first. Confirm which process applies to you before accepting a start date from Loma Linda University Health.
