Target clinical and scientific roles
U.S. Fertility's sponsorship activity is concentrated in clinical and scientific functions. Roles in embryology, nursing, laboratory science, and clinical coordination are the most likely pathways for international candidates seeking visa support at a fertility care network.
Understand the H-1B specialty occupation requirement
U.S. Fertility sponsors H-1B visas for roles requiring a specific degree. Make sure your job title and field of study align clearly, a mismatch between your degree and the role description is one of the most common reasons H-1B petitions face scrutiny in healthcare settings.
Check eligibility for TN status if you're Canadian or Mexican
U.S. Fertility sponsors TN visas, which are faster and simpler than H-1B. If you're a Canadian or Mexican national working in an eligible healthcare occupation such as nursing or medical technologist, TN is worth exploring before the H-1B route.
Use OPT or CPT to get a foot in the door
U.S. Fertility participates in F-1 OPT and CPT programs. If you're still on a student visa, joining through OPT in a clinical or research role can position you for H-1B sponsorship once you've demonstrated value within the organization.
Time your application around the H-1B cap season
H-1B petitions are subject to an annual lottery with a March registration window. If you're targeting U.S. Fertility for H-1B sponsorship, aim to have an offer in place well before February so your employer has time to prepare the filing.
Search for open roles with confirmed sponsorship history
Not every job listing makes visa sponsorship clear upfront. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, search for U.S. Fertility roles there to see current openings from an employer with a known track record.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does U.S. Fertility sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, U.S. Fertility sponsors H-1B visas. The company has a sponsorship history in the healthcare sector, with H-1B support primarily directed toward clinical, scientific, and specialized medical roles. If you're applying for a position that qualifies as a specialty occupation and holds a relevant degree, H-1B sponsorship is a realistic path at this employer.
Which visa types does U.S. Fertility sponsor?
U.S. Fertility sponsors H-1B, TN visa, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT visas. The H-1B is the primary route for long-term work authorization. TN visa is available for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying healthcare occupations. OPT and CPT provide earlier-stage opportunities for international students already in the U.S. on F-1 status.
Which roles or departments at U.S. Fertility are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at U.S. Fertility is most common in roles tied to clinical care, laboratory science, and reproductive medicine. Embryologists, clinical coordinators, medical technologists, and nursing professionals in fertility-specific settings are among the functions where international candidates have historically found sponsorship support. Administrative and non-clinical roles are less likely to qualify for H-1B specialty occupation status.
How do I apply for a job at U.S. Fertility as an international candidate?
Start by identifying open roles that match your clinical or scientific background. Apply through the company's careers portal and be upfront about your visa status and authorization needs in the early stages. Migrate Mate lists verified sponsoring employers including U.S. Fertility, so you can confirm sponsorship eligibility before investing time in the application process. Having your documents and degree evaluations ready early will help move things along.
How do I know if U.S. Fertility will sponsor my specific visa type?
U.S. Fertility's sponsorship history covers H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT, but not every role will be eligible for every visa type. Your best move is to confirm sponsorship intent directly with the recruiter during the screening stage. TN applicants should verify their occupation appears on the approved TN profession list, and H-1B candidates should ensure their degree field aligns with the specific job duties before proceeding.
