Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs tailored to construction site operations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and enforce compliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards.
• Manage risk assessments related to construction activities, ensuring mitigation strategies are effectively applied.
• Oversee incident investigations, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and other relevant regulations.
• Facilitate safety training sessions for workers, supervisors, and subcontractors to promote awareness of occupational health practices.
• Monitor workers’ compensation claims and ensure proper documentation and compliance management throughout project phases.

Skills
