As our projects continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Telecom Construction Manager to oversee wireless construction activities, lead field teams, and ensure successful project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Position Summary

The Telecom Construction Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of wireless telecommunications construction projects, including project schedules, budgets, safety, quality, and field execution. This role will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wireless telecommunications construction, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage wireless telecommunications construction projects from initiation through completion.
• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee field construction activities and subcontractor performance.
• Maintain and enforce RF Services' safety program and ensure all site-specific safety plans are reviewed and followed daily.
• Stop work immediately when unsafe practices or conditions are observed.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, scope, and resource allocation to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and project management teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and manage material procurement, inventory, and Bill of Materials (BOM) requirements.
• Serve as the primary field liaison between customers, engineering teams, subcontractors, and RF Services management.
• Track, measure, and report project progress on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Ensure all construction activities meet customer specifications, company standards, and quality requirements.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget commitments.
• Support closeout activities, punch list completion, and final project documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of wireless telecommunications industry experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of telecom construction management experience.
• Strong knowledge of wireless infrastructure deployment and construction practices.
• Experience managing vendors, subcontractors, and field construction teams.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required to support project schedules.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• OSHA 30 Certification or higher.
• Experience supporting major wireless carriers, tower companies, or infrastructure providers.
• Knowledge of site acquisition, permitting, and construction closeout processes.
• Experience with macro tower, small cell, DAS, fiber, or 5G deployments.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, climb, twist, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to navigate active construction sites and uneven terrain.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Exposure to noise, dust, construction equipment, and elevated work environments.
• Ability to travel and work at remote project locations as needed.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
