Project Overview
Join a growing community of professionals advancing the next wave of AI. As an AI Trainer, you’ll play a hands-on role by analyzing and providing feedback on data to improve LLM performance, helping ensure that the next generation of AI technology is accurate and trustworthy. We are seeking a skilled IT & Cybersecurity Consultant to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.
Location: U.S.-based experts only
Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work

Project Summary
Support the development of AI safety systems by generating and evaluating realistic industry-specific scenarios related to Sexual Content, Violence, Self-Harm, and Hate. Contributors will apply professional expertise to create nuanced examples, assess edge cases, and provide structured annotations that improve model performance on complex safety classifications.
Consultant Engagement Terms
This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors/employers (subject to those vendors’ allowances).
Responsibilities
Contributors will:
- Generate realistic industry-specific scenarios and examples
- Evaluate AI-generated content and model outputs
- Identify nuanced safety, risk, and policy edge cases
- Apply project annotation guidelines and structured metadata
- Document classification decisions and supporting rationale
- Review work for quality, consistency, and realism
- Contribute professional expertise to safety classifier development

- Representative titles include Principal Consultant, Senior Risk & Compliance Lead, Cybersecurity Practice Lead, Senior Manager (Risk Advisory), or Incident Response Director
- Strong written communication and analytical skills
- Ability to evaluate nuanced and ambiguous scenarios
