Overview:
We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to own forecasting and performance analytics for Buyer Revenue, including software subscription/ARR, platform & implementation fees, and buyer-funded payment programs and rebates. You'll partner closely with Sales, Product, and RevOps to translate customer behavior and buyer-side monetization levers into accurate models and clear narratives for the business.
What you'll do:
- Build and maintain forecasting models for Software Revenue (ARR, new bookings, churn & downgrades, expansions, pricing changes, etc.), including scenario and sensitivity analyses.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product to incorporate pipeline, win rates, cohort dynamics, and pricing strategy into the revenue plan; quantify impacts of new partnerships, promos, and product launches.
- Publish monthly revenue performance (vs. forecast, plan, and prior year), explain drivers in business terms, and present recommendations to Finance and cross-functional leaders.
- Advance our finance systems and tooling: help evolve Workday Financials and Workday Adaptive Planning models, inputs, and reporting (including OfficeConnect/Power BI) to improve accuracy, speed, and self-service.
- Continuously improve processes: standardize inputs, automate data flows, and tighten handoffs with Accounting and RevOps to shorten close-to-forecast cycles.
What we're looking for:
- 4–7+ years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Revenue Analytics with hands-on financial modeling experience for SaaS businesses (ARR/MRR, cohort analysis, LTV, CAC/payback).
- Expert Excel/Sheets (modeling, scenarios), strong data literacy, and experience turning analysis into clear business stories.
- Proven cross-functional partnership with Sales/Product; comfortable influencing without authority.
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Revenue modeling at a payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS company.
- Familiarity with transactional/consumption-based revenue models, bookings-to-revenue mechanics, and renewal/expansion motions.
- Experience with Workday Financials and Workday Adaptive Planning (or similar EPM), and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau).
- Familiarity with Salesforce data or other similar CRM.
