Job Description

Pay Type: Full Time/Hourly/Paid Weekly
Pay: $21.50/hr
Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Experience in dispatching, transportation, driver support, and/or home delivery is preferred.
In this position you'll play a key role in supporting our Final Mile operations. You'll be responsible for:
Administer pre delivery confirmations
Monitor contractor COI's
Provide real time route support for drivers
Scheduling deliveries
Providing support to retail client and end user customers
Supporting end of day logistics operations, and driver check in
Accurate data logging, billing, maintaining records

Summary
Under general supervision, the Operations Coordinator II performs clerical functions including receiving, classifying, reconciling, consolidating and summarizing of documents and information. Maintains records or logs. Verifies completion and accuracy of information. Sets up and maintains files and records.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for providing administrative support to the department: filing, opening mail, typing and answering phones

Compensation Information:
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
