Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & People Operations Specialist to help scale our team and strengthen our People foundation. This role will primarily focus on recruiting, while also supporting a range of People Operations and HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across all functions, including technical, operational, and corporate roles.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, hiring plans, and candidate selection criteria.
Source and engage candidates proactively while maintaining strong talent pipelines.
Oversee ATS accuracy, job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Support new hire onboarding, including documentation, system setup, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Maintain employee records, HRIS data, compliance documentation, and provide general HR administrative support.
Assist in improving recruiting workflows and People Operations processes as the company scales.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects WeBox's values and culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
- Required 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related roles
- Strong sourcing, communication, and interview skills
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing startup environment
- Familiarity with ATS and HR systems
- Strong ownership mentality with ability to work independently
Nice to have
- Experience in People Operations or HR Generalist work
- Knowledge of CA labor law and basic HR compliance
