THE JOB:
As an Environmental Services Supervisor at Bellagio, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience from the moment our guests arrive. Through your leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to service excellence, you will inspire your team to deliver clean, welcoming, and memorable environments. By understanding and anticipating guest needs, you will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Supervise a team of Environmental Services (EVS) employees, including scheduling, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary responsibilities
- Provide direction and support to ensure the highest cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the casino, public areas, offices, and other assigned areas
- Manage employee questions and guest concerns, ensuring all department procedures, policies, and service standards are followed during the shift
- Conduct daily inspections, pre-shift briefings, and team updates; provide training, coaching, and facilitate required compliance training as needed
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and coordinate with Facilities to address property maintenance issues
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of prior relevant experience, preferably in EVS/PAD within a similar Forbes Travel Guide 5 Star or AAA 5 Diamond Resort preferred
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
