Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their equipment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase features and benefits of our equipment offerings.
- Identify new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and pre-sales activities.
- Collaborate with project management teams to coordinate customer requirements and ensure seamless delivery of products.
- Provide technical support during the sales process, including analysis of customer requirements and solution design.
- Assist customers with product selection, pricing negotiations, and closing sales deals.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks to ensure excellent service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical sales or pre-sales roles within the material handling or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts, AWS (Amazon Web Services), VMware, Linux, Azure cloud platform, Python programming, Bash (Unix shell scripting), and project management principles.
- Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging product demos and technical presentations confidently.
- Effective communication skills for technical sales discussions and customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts efficiently.
