- Promote a culture of safety by identifying workplace hazards and strictly following all established health and safety protocols.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in using measuring tapes and intermediate gaging instruments.
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and apply technical instructions.
- Demonstrated commitment to reliable attendance and workplace safety.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience with plastic extrusion or similar molding technologies.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality control systems.
- Hands-on experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or automated packaging equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a focus on machine setup and process optimization.
