We are seeking a Paralegal with experience in all phases of litigation including experience with large document production, discovery, interviewing of witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings and subpoenaing records to become a member of this winning practice group and join one of the fastest moving areas of the law. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Experience in all phases of trial and trial preparation including experience with large document production, discovery, interviewing of witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings and subpoenaing records required.
- Large-scale multi-party litigation preferred.
- Travel required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate and two plus years of litigation experience or no degree/certificate and six plus years of experience.
