INTRODUCTION

As an Advanced Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, supporting service project delivery, and ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. YOU MUST HAVE

• 5 or more years of related Field Service Engineering work experience.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Experion PKS hardware & software, in addition to TDC2/3000, FTE, TPS, LCN, UCN, Hiway, various system architecture, operations, and Process Controls.

• Able to conduct formal meetings with customer management personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, audits, configuration, programming, installation/commissioning, upgrades, and migration of complex/advanced Honeywell distributed control systems (EXPERION PKS, TPS/TDC3000).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers Honeywell Experion System (EPKS/TPS).
• Provide advanced technical support and expertise for Honeywell Distributed Control Systems (DCS) Hardware.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful solution implementation to Honeywell Customers.
• Assist Sales during sales pursuits and be the face of Honeywell to end-users.
• Perform daily and periodic inspections, maintenance, and upgrades the customers Experion Systems.
• Actively interface with customers at all levels. Ensures customer satisfaction through oral, written communication and on time reporting.
• Stay updated with industry trends and implement recommendations based on latest technology improvements from Industry and Honeywell.
